As soon as we arrived, the customer service was there getting everything ready for us. Oatmeal cookies at the desk (surprise us). The swimming pool was closed. She offered us to go swimming at the sister hotel next door. But, we turned it down because we had the Superior King sized room with the Hot Tub! We enjoyed it very much!

The stay was good, but would have booked elsewhere if the site was up to date about amenities.

The breakfast we great. The kids loved making their own waffles and the food tasted good. There was a lot of different items to pick from.

We booked here for baseball and most of the team booked here because it stated there was a pool. The pool was the main reason most of us booked, When we got there we were told the pool was closed and there was not an opening date. The team was so upset they couldn't have fun outside of baseball like they all had planed.

Lady who checked us in was very friendly.

No bed comforter. No room straightening. No fresh towels. Bathroom mirror had something black on it. Breakfast was not very good, though toast and waffles were good. All the juice was watered down and tasted terrible.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly when we checked in. Many things nearby such as restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to right off the highway. It was a good value. I would stay there again

We have stayed at this location at least 4 times and each time the breakfast attendant is very upset. Slamming the breakfast food and putting the food away before the allotted breakfast time is over.

The property was pretty clean.

The property was very run down. When we first went to our room, we noticed an electric odor machine sitting on our bathroom counter. The room smelled musty and damp. The desk chair was peeling and falling apart.

Very disappointing with loss of personal property

We had to move rooms due to non-working toilet. The new room also had a non-working toilet. I left my pillow in the room. When I called to let the front desk know, they had my pillow. Then when my daughter went to pick it up they couldn't find it. This was a specialty pillow for a neck injury that I sustained. No one ever called back to even talk to me about it. They just lost my pillow.

Jordan at the front desk was AMAZING. feiendly, helpfull, nice

Where to start... First off we never once got any house keeping the entire 12 days we were there. I took out our garbage to the dumpster EVERY DAY, I took our dirty towels to front deak to. get clean ones. I had asked the older lady at the front desk on DAY 6 of the 12 if it was possible jist to get a quick vaccum because my little guy spilled some chips and she rolled her eyes and said that I needes to ask the houswkeeping staff in the hall way To which I replyed if I had seen any I certainly would javw asked them to avoid dealing with her. The pool area.stunk like garbage and was not swept for 3 days because there was peanuts on the floor on day one amd whenwe went swimming 2.days.later they were still there. The offer a free breakfasr which was decent.except the fact.that.it was the same thing all 12 days.
