It was alright.

Price and location

The toilet stayed clogged the entire time. We had to ask for a plunger. Our key locked us out twice. When checking out we let them know we couldn’t flush the toilet and she asked why we didn’t tell the front desk… when I literally told her we got the plunger from them. The beds are SO HARD.

Staff is fabulous and people aren’t being respectful to your property

The staff is friendly and it’s very convenient location when I come to visit family

Company’s construction workers were sketching caused a mess every time they walked in or out and their place of employment should be notified they will put a stop to it The staff shouldn’t have to clean behind every one of them that comes in. That’s an all day job there

Lack of grab bars in bathroom, especially tub. I'm older(70), don't need handicapped, but still could fall. So grab bars would be a great addition.

The property was clean and the staff was very nice.

We booked here because it was close to the softball fields that we were playing on and because of the pool. However, the pool wasn’t working. The breakfast was just stale muffins and granola bars. The bed was very uncomfortable. Very disappointed!!

The bed was a little high, I'm only 5 feet. Needed a step stool or something. There was also a small leak around the sink faucet. Not enough to worry about, but you may want to look at it. All in all great place!

Bad

I booked through your company and was charged $355 for two nights and the hotel fee was only $125 per night. I only stayed one night bcs the clientele was undesirable and for $355 I expected a much nicer facility. The hotel said they couldn't change the rate bcs I booked it through you. So essentially I paid $355 for one night. Would appreciate a refund for the second night.

Staff, cleanliness, and the large room! Lots of space to relax and then lots of sleeping room.

I only noticed 4 things for improvement, overall I would stay again here in a heartbeat! Huge room, study area and sleeping area. Kitchen area that's full use. These were the issues I saw. The Bed was very firm. Older stained carpet, bathroom sink faucet leaked when on all over counter. Grab n go breakfast was lacking options.
