Such a relaxing and welcoming stay!

I loved how welcoming and accommodating everyone was! They have a full kitchen and free laundry as well! The manager Mirella was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The maintenance was very quick and housekeeping was also quick. The free breakfast was delicious!!

The beds could be more comfortable but I know they will be doing renovations soon.

The kids loved the free breakfast — that was a big plus for us! Not having to get up and go buy food every morning was super convenient. The location was also decent and close to everything we needed.

When we first got there, I noticed old blood stains on the sheets, which was pretty gross. The pull-out bed in the living room was missing springs, so it was really uncomfortable to sleep on, but the kids made it work. Housekeeping never came the whole three days we were there ,we ended up taking our own trash out because it piled up. They had washing machines, but one was broken, and when my kids went to get fresh towels, the front desk told them we had to wait for housekeeping. No one ever showed up. The staff themselves were nice and welcoming, and I’ve stayed here before years ago with no issues, but this time was different. Between the uncomfortable bed and the lack of housekeeping, I don’t think I’d stay here again. They did offer free parking for the inconvenience, though, which I appreciated.

Good if you're not expecting to be able to use all of the facilities.

The grounds were beautiful, the breakfast great, the staff awesome. Our room was spacious and mostly clean when we arrived.

Only one of the treadmills in the fitness center worked. There was only one pin for all of the weight machines so only one person could work out at a time. There was NO night time lighting in the outdoor areas. It was absolutely pitch black. We wanted to use the pool/hot tub and it was dangerous for us to go out there after dark. When I asked about the lighting, I was told that they had called someone but it probably wouldn't be available during our stay. Pretty disappointing because the fitness center and the pool/hot tub were major factors in booking that location.

The manger was every rude to me and couldn’t and wouldn’t want to show me how far or close the room could be sad part she sees me holding on to my walker and still does even feel some type of bad even after me trying to turn around new security was standing towards the hallway. She pointed me too, and as I asked her, how does he seem to know if it’s closer to other side she said no he doesn’t. He’s new very rude honestly and as I asked for the towels, she told me I would have to wait until she assisted the other guest. Yes, there were other guests in the lobby as she was treating me the way she was sad part is she made me wait as I struggle to the car she didn’t tell me have a seat or anything, and she was so busy and assistance with other guest that her in the security guard follow me out to my car and was standing right outside my car see me struggle to answer. My vehicle didn’t even offer assistance please I don’t know why who this lady is but her service is more like out of a days in. I’m sorry Hilton, but you guys really need to watch your employee at this location. I’ve been going here for years and I don’t even know if I would return.

The room was cozy

Only having the complimentary happy hour on Wednesdays with light snacks. Used stay here and I booked more days to enjoy. Also no pool towels in pool area. Had to walk wet to front desk even when we called on the phone for towels.

Good but not up to my normal experience and expectations for a Homewood Suites Property.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Mirella went above and beyond to try to resolve issues that occurred. She was always pleasant and even though I could tell she was tired, she never complained and apologized for all issues that occurred. She is a Rockstar! Breana the Manager was also great and she tried to make up for our inconveniences.The breakfasts was good and plentiful. The Hotel was kept clean and neat.

We were there for 6 days and our room was never cleaned. I inquired on the 4th day and I was told I had to request for my room to be cleaned. Isn’t this included in our daily room rate? By the time we left our room still had not been cleaned! We had to pull our own trash and we had to call for towels. However all other issues were quickly resolved and the staff was accommodating.

Convenient to the freeway. It’s our midway stopping point when traveling from AZ to Mammoth Lakes twice a year. Many restaurant choices nearby and a good breakfast in the morning.
