The manger was every rude to me and couldn’t and wouldn’t want to show me how far or close the room could be sad part she sees me holding on to my walker and still does even feel some type of bad even after me trying to turn around new security was standing towards the hallway. She pointed me too, and as I asked her, how does he seem to know if it’s closer to other side she said no he doesn’t. He’s new very rude honestly and as I asked for the towels, she told me I would have to wait until she assisted the other guest. Yes, there were other guests in the lobby as she was treating me the way she was sad part is she made me wait as I struggle to the car she didn’t tell me have a seat or anything, and she was so busy and assistance with other guest that her in the security guard follow me out to my car and was standing right outside my car see me struggle to answer. My vehicle didn’t even offer assistance please I don’t know why who this lady is but her service is more like out of a days in. I’m sorry Hilton, but you guys really need to watch your employee at this location. I’ve been going here for years and I don’t even know if I would return.

The cleanliness.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in. After traveling from MO. we were hoping to go straight into our room at check in.

The hospitality, location and staff

Property needs some updating within the rooms such as fixtures that carry plugs to charge things like computers and phones. I would also recommend updating the bathrooms, maybe retiring showers and floors.

It’s Was In a secluded place. It was quiet and peaceful

The room was cozy

Only having the complimentary happy hour on Wednesdays with light snacks. Used stay here and I booked more days to enjoy. Also no pool towels in pool area. Had to walk wet to front desk even when we called on the phone for towels.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Mirella went above and beyond to try to resolve issues that occurred. She was always pleasant and even though I could tell she was tired, she never complained and apologized for all issues that occurred. She is a Rockstar! Breana the Manager was also great and she tried to make up for our inconveniences.The breakfasts was good and plentiful. The Hotel was kept clean and neat.

We were there for 6 days and our room was never cleaned. I inquired on the 4th day and I was told I had to request for my room to be cleaned. Isn’t this included in our daily room rate? By the time we left our room still had not been cleaned! We had to pull our own trash and we had to call for towels. However all other issues were quickly resolved and the staff was accommodating.

It is close to Loma Linda University Hospital. There are rooms that are a suite with the living area separate from the bedroom.

I don’t have any complaints

Breakfast was excellent! GREAT variety of Condiment's and main dishes and Sides! Loved the Set-up, very organized and kind, helpful kitchen staff! Space was wonderful and not crowded even though it was a good amount of guests having breakfast at the same time!

It looks identical to the hotel next door. Check in was until midnight and my flight didn’t get in until 11:30 an hour away so I had to have a friend check me in.

I was scammed and robbed by the staff at this hotel. I was charged money to my room for food I did not order and/or receive. I was not returned my deposit and charged $150.00 two days after checking out.

Elevator defects

Convenient to the freeway. It’s our midway stopping point when traveling from AZ to Mammoth Lakes twice a year. Many restaurant choices nearby and a good breakfast in the morning.

The breakfast had a good selection and the hotel was in a good location. It was next to Costco and walking distance to Panera for my morning coffee.

Our first room had a broken sleeper sofa, and it wasn't cleaned thoroughly.

It has a nice space. Kitchen area as well.restroom space is perfect.

Trying to use the cable tv. The walls inside the hotel were missing panels. I’ve seen other hotels with a wall from the bedroom area from the living space. Also, maybe place an ac unit near the bed. It’s also not the best look from the property in front of the hotel. And the gym and pool aren’t easily accessible, from where I stayed.

The rooms are very spacious. The staff is amazing. The breakfast was delicious.
