Great facility and stay just don’t choose the room in the lobby, too loud.

Clean, comfortable, very spacious rooms.

We had a room right off the lobby (actually facing convenience shop) and it was very loud. All night long you could hear loud groups coming and going in the lobby.

Holiday's Breakfast grab and go!!

I like the clean and calm environment 🥰

I think Breakfast in the Holidays is a must, thats is one of the main things for my family, so will be nice to have a grab and go nenu, like fruits, bagels, cereal, muffins, milk, juices the hotel have already a list one member in the front that can provide o restock breakfast on the go specifically when everything else is closed for the holiday, just a kind request that you can implement on the Holidays. People come and go and some of us come to see family members that are sick or in the hospital and will be great to grab and go breakfast will be very helpfull, Thank you!

For our purpose the common area was great for friends/family time. Room comfortable and a good size.

Breakfast had a variety that changed on different days. Great coffee and always available. Housekeeping staff very responsive and very accomadating.

I thought the $15.00 parking fee was to much, it wasn't gated or monitered. The bathroom door screeched every opening and closing and we asked twice to have it fixed, still squeeked .

Location was convenient

The property was extremely dirty. Trash and garbage in the halls for multiple days. Trash bags and garbage stacked by the elevators for multiple days. Not sure if the furniture in the breakfast area is ever wiped down because a lot of it appeared to be sticky.

Doesn’t provide other necessities other home2 suites provide like pots and more than pan. Front desk service was awful. Conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. Breakfast hours was different from what was told when checked in.
