Location was good. No breakfast offered

Soap dispenser was empty in shower. Bathroom door clothes hook was broke off and had not been replaced. Mattress was uncomfortable due to stiff plastic and wrinkled mattress cover under the bottom bed sheet Pillows were lumpy and flat.

Safe and enjoyable stay at a very cute inn!

The location is so safe and close to the NOS which is what I needed !!

The room floors are super dirty, not visibly but walk around with clean socks and they won’t be clean long. Don’t like that they charge for dirty towels and sheets never had that before. The parking is super cramped for bigger cars but otherwise it was very pleasant.

I chose Loma Linda Inn primarily due to its proximity to the hospital. I was very happy with how clean, quiet with the amenities I needed.

Penny pinching

Quiet, almost no other guests, unsurprisingly

Loma Linda added approx $5 unscheduled extra charge for using a credit card, unlike any other place I've stayed around the US, then made me wait for hours so I could check in, even though the room was ready. They even tried to bargain with me about gaining access to the room by asking for $30, then $10. I said no. The room was clean, but there were no places to charge my phone and other items, so I had to move furniture to access a PowerPoint. I had to put a special sign on my car dashboard to park on their property, even though it is in the middle of a suburban area with no chance anyone who does not belong there would park on the property. Place was almost empty and you can see why. I would not stay here again. At least it was quiet.

Never come here

When I got there the place had no lights. There was no one on site. I could not check in and they still charged me for the room. The best way I could describe this hotel was in a horror movie where there was no light and outside the lobby light was flashing on and off. I had to get another hotel to stay. Do not stay here

Staff was not friendly, had a sour look in her face. Need to smile and be more welcoming., No breakfast like we had previously. now it's not included? Mattress was not comfortable on the back.

Wish it was closer to food .. but I don't have a car so everything is far for me lol.... Oh and I didn't get my breakfast that was supposed to be included but that could be due to my 2 year old unplugging the phone

It was close to Loma Linda University

All the rooms smelled like somebody had smoked in them. I change the room three times, and it still smelled like smoke. As well, the beds were terrible, and the air conditioning unit in my room was very loud. There was a broken part that was not replaced and it was extremely noisy. Throw my stay.

Always a comfortable and quiet stay at Loma Linda inn. Always a nice hot shower with towels that actually soak up water and completely dry you off.

I got charged a different price than what i thought was quoted. I failed to bring up to anyone's attention. ... And not sure how the breakfast works.
