Location was good. No breakfast offered
Soap dispenser was empty in shower. Bathroom door clothes hook was broke off and had not been replaced. Mattress was uncomfortable due to stiff plastic and wrinkled mattress cover under the bottom bed sheet Pillows were lumpy and flat.

the card situation, and I don't know if I got my deposit back because they charged me extra charges...

The location is so safe and close to the NOS which is what I needed !!
The room floors are super dirty, not visibly but walk around with clean socks and they won’t be clean long. Don’t like that they charge for dirty towels and sheets never had that before. The parking is super cramped for bigger cars but otherwise it was very pleasant.

The customer service was great
My stay there was very uncomfortable. There was no comforter on my bed, and the air conditioning didn’t work. It was extremely hot at night, which made it very difficult to sleep.
