Breakfast bread full of mold

Everything is good very clean friendly staff

Breakfast was good until I saw a bag of bread from the kitchen staff leave in the counter full of bread with mold🤢🤮that's when my breakfast morning was ruined. I don't want to think about the muffins and begals are old this are. No good for my first time visit here.

Pros and cons

I was happy with the smart tv, and bathroom set up. The room and hallways felt clean.

The AC in our room was loud (sounded like a motor issue), and the toilet kept running. The bed was not as comfortable as other hotels we had stayed at in the area. Felt like an older spring mattress. The pool also was very plain and unappealing. Our room faced that way and it was loud despite being on the 4th floor.

The fact that check IN is not until 3pm seems too late. ALSO There is a young lady there in the morning who isnt friendly and does not belong in that type of setting. we got the top floor and the facility had a sewer SMELL TO IT- which usually means: usually indicates that sewer gas is escaping from the plumbing system.

I booked this hotel because I thought it was close to Yaamava. (It's not.)

Breakfast was OK.

More importantly, at 8:30, there was NO COFFEE! Only Decaf was available. We waited about 20 minutes for the coffee while we ate our meal. Coffee should always be available in the morning! NOT GOOD! We were NOT "in our Happy Place."

Very comfortable for the price.

Breakfast was hearty- sausage patties, cheese omelette Potatoes,etc. Front desk gave me a great recommendation to a Japanese restaurant across the street. Bed was very comfortable.

Room is small and it was hard to find parking. It was a holiday weekend, so maybe that's why.

I like Hampton Inn but this location is not like the other Hampton Inn I stayed in before.

Dirty bathroom, toilet, carpet soiled. Time to replace carpet in the room. No one came to clean the room. We stayed for 4 nights. I took garbage outside the door and asked the cleaning lady down the hall if she can please empty them.

Breakfast was not great. Fresh fruit not fresh, bagels stale, eggs over cooked. I have had breaskast from a previous stay and it was great. Today 12/25 in San Bernardino was unsatisfactory.

The hotel was in desperate need of some updating. The bathtub was all scratched and had a huge indent on the bottom where the water pooled while I showered. There was also a musty smell everywhere I went. The carpet in the hallway is old and dirty looking, too.

Overall it was good

The rooms were spacious enough for two people. The bed and bathroom were clean.

The breakfast could of had more selection and not run of oh items by 9:30 if breakfast ended at 10am. The check-in was terrible, the receptionist kept going from one computer to another because the system was down and only one person at the front desk.

The room was HUGE. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast was awesome. The hotel was very clean and pleasant.

We booked an ADA room. It was HUGE, but ther bathroom had only one grab bar in the shower and there was a bathtub that my husband had to step into. It really wasn't safe for him.

Quick place to stay

The beds were comfortable, and it was a close proximity to a lot of restaurants.

Bed skirts and drapes were dirty. The room didn't have a microwave, although the description stated it did, and the jacuzzi was out of service. The check-in receptionist wasn't really inviting... the gentlemen during checkout was very kind and greeted us professionally. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the hotel itself can be updated a bit.
