It was overall a nice room was not crazy about location..

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than many places, but pretty normal.

I checked in around 6:30 and had to wait for someone to appear at the check in desk. I really thought I was reserving at a different La Quinta in Witchita Falls that was just off I-84, but it was my mistake. I just don't know the city and had stayed at the other LaQuinta a year before. It was therefore hard for me to locate this LaQuinta and it had been a long drive. So I was tired when I did get there. However the morning desk clerk was delightful and she was helpful.

Being charge incorrect price and when call to get it corrected kept putting on hold then hang up.Called Wyndham and they try to get La QUINTA BY WYNDHAM IN Wichita Falls wound not answer on the phone for two hour .price should be 113.17 plus 25. for dog charge 138.19 plus 25.00 total should be 138.17 for both

I’ve been staying here while Im in town for years, it’s not as clean and great as it used to be. The pool was closed and we were looking forward to that, there was a dog in the breakfast area so we ate in the room. I understand that dogs are allowed in this hotel which is fine but I don’t think they should be in the dining room. My debit card was hacked and they wouldn’t take a check so we had to pay cash and they made us leave a $200 cash deposit at the front desk so we couldn’t go out to eat and had to cancel our evening plans. That’s really no one’s fault and I understand that. I’ll probably stay there again but my expectations will be lower.

We were traveling back home from Sturgis motorcycle rally and this was the perfect stop to get rest.

Very nice and clean. Ample free parking and walking distance to restaurants. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

No pool in the middle of summer? Common man? Elevators were suspect.

Good size room, poorly furnished with what was supposed to be a perk.

Coffee and pastries were good.

Eggs and potatoes were cold. Potatoes over spiced and hard. Bacon and sausage were cold and not much flavor. Rooms were dusty, dirty plates and cups in the cabinets, dirty silverware in the drawers. Asked for a stool or step to get onto beds or sit on and were told they had nothing. Chair in room was broken and a danger. Thermostat on wall was inoperative. There were no dist towels or dish soaps to clean dishes. Coffee maker did not work. There were 2 small trash cans in the entire room.

Our room had a few issues, 1st the bathroom sink would not drain, 2nd the pillows need replacing. But, bed was comfy and big nice shower!

Overall it was a strong 8.5, I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was quiet, food was great, bed was firm but super comfortable.

The only issue I had was my floor in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned n a while, the showers definitely need to b updated. And the pool and hot tube need an upgrade. Only 1 jet worked n the hot tube and it needed to b hotter.

Despite having reservations, because "the system was down," we had to wait about 20 minutes for our room, there were no towels in the room, we ran out of toilet paper with no extra rolls in the room, the ice maker on the third floor wasn't working, it sounded like a dance party was going on just above us in the middle of the night, the chair made of fabric in the room looked filthy, and the first thing we saw upon entry to the room was a large area of the carpet (where it met the laminate) was ripped up. Certainly not a good way to make a first impression.

The swimming pool was nice.

One of the mornings there was no eggs, potatoes, sausage and the waffle mixture container did not work. The staff could not tell us anything because she did not speak English. Also that same morning there were no clean towels. When asked at the front desk they said the kitchen is not their problem.

Horrible due to the dirty rooms.

My room was dirty. Dirty sheets thrown in the corner of the closet. 2 bags of trash in the closet as well. Floors were full of food crumbs. Floor sticky from drinks being spilled. I went to front desk to ask to be moved to a new room. That room had food crumbs on the floor.

How filthy the room was. I didn't even want to stay, but I was traveling 9 hours & needed to rest.

perfect for people with pets

the elevator went out. I was staying on the third floor ready to check out. I couldn’t leave and walk down three flights of stairs as I was traveling with two dogs, bags and my son in law and I had a bad back. so we waited for about 45 minutes until they could get it going again.
