Very clean, staff was exceptional and room was very clean

My refrigerator wasn’t cold enough in my room

Clean and efficient.

Rooms only made up every other day.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great.

We couldn’t sleep. It was hot, then cold, hot, then cold. No matter how we adjusted the thermostat, it kept kicking on and off. Walls were thin. We heard a lady’s whole entire conversation in the next room because she was using speaker phone at 6 am. Then the contractors that are using the hotel were stomping and dropping stuff on the floor at 3 am!! There were no parking spaces near the hotel. We had to park and walk from another hotel parking lot way far from the entrance. But the contractors trucks were taking up 4 spaces each truck. I’m handicapped and did not feel safe going that far. I mentioned to the receptionist that I was handicapped and were there any spaces close. She said unfortunately people who aren’t handicapped use those spaces and just don’t care. I thought, why doesn’t the hotel care? Why aren’t they ticketed and towed? That was very messed up. She also suggested parking in a college parking lot nearby and walking to the hotel after telling her I was handicapped. There were no parking signs and signs that said they would tow your car if you didn’t belong there. My family won’t ever use this property again.
