I like the location.

The room I was in did not have fire alarms. It needed paint work. There were many other maintenance needs this room needed. I still rated the property at a 9 because the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was very good and it was nice that the water bottles werecomplimentary.

I think the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade. Lots of scuffs, paint peeling and beds were a bit hard.

It was a fine experience.

Location

Partner and they were not at all courteous watching me make 3 trips to my room and back down pushing our luggage and lifting it into the car all by myself with a broken arm on check out day! BUT, Nathan was a delight and very professional abd accommodated us with the most friendly and polite service my disabled fiancé and I have ever experienced in this area! He is a huge asset to the hotel and I hope his management team knows how valuable he is to the hotel!
