Great property, great location! Rooms were nice!
The only thing I can really complain about was the pullout sleeper. It was literally a very thin pad. so you could feel the metal bars. The floor was more comfortable.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were helpful and so nice. The location was excellent within walking distance to eateries and shops.
The navigation of how to enter the parking area was not very well marked

It was a nice place to stay, I believe we were overcharged because it seemed alot was "broken". We were fully charge for the room ($347) and in addition a $75 incidental fee was added. The elevator close to our room was out of order so we had to park on the otherside of the building to unload and use that elevator. Stairs were an option of course, but we had alot of luggage and we were on 3rd floor. The ice machine was "broken" easy fix, we turned on the one that was in the fridge inside the room. I think because its on the "Booking" app we got the same room from a previous stay ....but for the most part the stay was OK. Our children got their own room, swimming pool was a plus, beds were great! Front desk staff could use more hospitality, he seemed bothered and tired, but its understandable, especially if he's the only one who has to work ;-)
