The property was very well maintained and quiet. The rooms were spacious with separate bedroom/bathroom areas so that the kids could go to bed and the adults could relax in the small living room.

The location of the place is perfect since it is just across a mall/restaurants/shopping center. So thats a 10/10 score for that. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating.
The 2nd room we transferred, the AC was so warm and room was too hot despite adjusting the thermostat to the lowest temp. We all woke up midnight very sweaty. AC is an important factor so on this part its giving lowest score.

It was a nice place to stay, I believe we were overcharged because it seemed alot was "broken". We were fully charge for the room ($347) and in addition a $75 incidental fee was added. The elevator close to our room was out of order so we had to park on the otherside of the building to unload and use that elevator. Stairs were an option of course, but we had alot of luggage and we were on 3rd floor. The ice machine was "broken" easy fix, we turned on the one that was in the fridge inside the room. I think because its on the "Booking" app we got the same room from a previous stay ....but for the most part the stay was OK. Our children got their own room, swimming pool was a plus, beds were great! Front desk staff could use more hospitality, he seemed bothered and tired, but its understandable, especially if he's the only one who has to work ;-)
