    Lance was very uncorporating in assisting to resolve check in. He lied about the reasons he refused to check us in. Very rude. Just said “No” without help. I offered to show him my payment and Agoda booking and correct credit card docs and my other forms of ID and he still refused to check us in. We had to drag our bags back to our car, I had to call Agoda for assistance and I had to resolve myself and eventually had to drag our bags back in to lobby and even after my resolution, he was never apologizing whatsoever!! - very poor service recovery for an AGM at a Hampton Inn. Should not be working for Hilton !! Very bad experience with this person and his staff. Very bad attitude and most importantly he lied about his reasons he refused to check us in. We stay at Alamosa Hampton Inn just couple days earlier and had no problem whatsoever. He should be discipline for his attitude and behavior. Hilton need to be notified about this.
