The water pressure is quite low at the upper floors so it takes a long time to take a “quick shower”.

Jamal from the front desk was professional and accommodating. He received and securely held some deliveries for me. He answered my inquiries and provided friendly and welcoming service. The cleaning staff was also friendly and professional.
The other front desk staff members were not rude but also not particularly friendly or professional, either.
