We had a pleasant stay

Location and staff was friendly

Room smelled like eggs starting around 4am every morning. I am assuming that is the time the kitchen starts preparing breakfast. We stayed on the 3rd floor on the opposite side of the dinning area.

Loved the food definitely worth if it you are trying to save on eating out

I loved the breakfast, ate there everyday. Very delicious the chef was very nice, friendly and efficient. I also loved the happy hour in the after noon too, also a very nice bartender. The rooms were a good size.

Location was ok, not really near too much stuff have to drive a couple miles but not a deal breaker. The bathrooms were a little small. I didn’t like that they didn’t come into the room during the days, the trash was not removed and we had some glasses from happy hour there. I would have liked for them to have changed the trash and take the dishes. My last complaint is that the pool was not working was not notified before hand. then when we asked the front desk guy said it should be open tomorrow but he pool wasn’t even filled.

Good hotel for families with kids - has spacious rooms.

The hotel had large apartment like rooms with a main room (which includes a working desk and a sofa that can become a bed), and a separate large bedroom. Amenities and everything you would expect where there. Breakfast was quite ok, you could find whatever you were looking for and also had a nice Eggs Bar - where you could order eggs to your liking (fried, omelet, scrambled). All in all goof value for money. Seems like a good place for families with kids (especially considering the spacious rooms).

The hotel was quite far from downtown and it was a 30 minute ride by car, but something you should expect when choosing the hotel.

Horrible experience

The only reason for booking this hotel was because it had a pool and hot tub. At the time of booking it didn’t say anything about the pool and hot tub being closed. Found out that both were closed when we went to the pool in our bathing suits. Front desk guy was extremely rude just saying “sorry we closed it today, nothing I can do, contact booking “.

My mini vacay

Our pull out bed had dirty linen. Their was a dead spider on our bed.the hot tub wasnt hot until late the next morning. The price was kind of high for the age of the rooms.

What a total disappointment for an anniversary trip.

The amenities.

The air didn’t work inside the hotel and we wasn’t told that when we checked in. Once we went to our room and discovered that there was no air conditioning we went back downstairs and was told that it should be back working in 10-15 minutes. A entire day passed and we were still told the same thing. Now imagine being on your anniversary, you save up money for this trip, just to get to your destination and not being able to enjoy yourself because it’s too darn hot! What a memory to have to remember for your anniversary. It was a total failure.

Breakfast was the only thing that let the hotel down. Limited variety and for those who are vegetarian and lactose intolerant, there was little available to eat.

The ac never worked our whole stay the whole four days that we stay there and never worked we asked for fans we asked to be switched to another hotel we were told no no we will refund our money. I will not pay full price for a room that does not have everything that’s supposed to our room is 80° every single night.

Very Nice hotel but Hot Rooms

Hotel lobby is beautiful. The room was big and nice. Clean facilities. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Close to I-70.

A/C was not working well in the hotel. Was not aware of the A/C problem upon Check- in. Room reached 80°. Had to go buy 2 fans at the store to sleep comfortably. Guest should be told upon arrival about hot rooms.

Comfortable suites outside the city center

Design of the central lobby is cool and the bed is comfortable. The suite was good sized and we had plenty of space.

There was a really rowdy crowd of teens that screamed and ran for hours the hotel seemingly did nothing about. TV did not work very well.

Don’t bother staying here.

The size of the room is good. Gabriella at the front desk was very helpful & friendly on the day before we checked in when we called & then dropped by the day before to have 3 bags held until our check in the next day. The guy at the front desk working at about 3 a.m. on the night of our stay was friendly too. I had to work 2 flights that day/night and got in very late. The lady making omelettes was friendly and happy.

The refrigerator in our room froze all of our fruit, veggies, fresh eggs & other food. We had to trash the fruit, veggies & eggs. The other food wasn’t ruined by being frozen. There was NO parking in the paid parking lot after I got back to Denver on my late night flight. Some bigger trucks were taking up 2 parking spaces. Are they paying double when they park over the line?! The Property is in the middle of nowhere and not remotely close Central Park station or the actual park with that name so the name of the hotel is misleading. There are sketchy junkies around that area so my spouse had to Uber back and forth when I was working my flights. It’s a dangerous area. They don’t check room numbers like the Hyatt hotels in the Denver area have to do in order to keep drug addicts or other random people out of the breakfast room. There were people from an event standing in the very very slow moving long line for breakfast & talking about not staying there. Free breakfast for the street people. The breakfast food is mostly inedible anyway so don’t stand in line. The scrambled eggs tastes awful. The omelette was oily and nasty. “Fresh” fruit wasn’t edible either. A “Hilton” property with ONLY 3 carts is ridiculous. People kept the baggage carts in their rooms so we had to make 3 trips from the parking lot. Is this motel claiming to be a 4-star property?!? It’s a motel & barely an actual hotel. We were going to stay here again this month but the location & service aren’t worth it. We’d rather have a slightly smaller room in a Hyatt hotel for only 40 dollars more. The woman at the counter on our check in day was rude & awful to my spouse who is from Japan & worked in 5-star luxury hotels in Kyoto & Tokyo & knows the business. She was a B to me as well after being a C to my spouse. The woman may have been racist to Asian customers who she thinks are from China. Very ignorant woman.

Room was nice, room service was very expensive, but good. Parking is terrible for large vehicles.

I opted for the pancakes, but the butter was frozen. It never melted so I didn't eat them. My wife had an omelet and enjoyed it.

We arrived in a pair of 26' U-Haul trucks. There was no large vehicle parking available. We had to pay $15. per vehicle for parking and then two idiots parked between our trucks making our egress very difficult. I would recommend anyone with a large vehicle stay elsewhere.

A comfortable and convenient stop both to and from the airport

Lovely big room with a separate lounge area. Room was clean and comfortable. The free alcoholic and soft drinks as well as free nibbles that they offer between 5.00pm and 6.30pm was a welcome surprise. Breakfast was pretty good and the lady cooking eggs “any way you like” was a credit to the hotel

Bed was a bit soft and saggy in the middle which meant that we found ourselves rolling in to each other

I come every year. It’s a family thing.

My room wasn’t cleaned at all. Dog hair everywhere. Our kids allergies started to act up due to the uncleanliness.. informed the manager and he blew me off with promises of phone calls back regarding the issue. I come here just about every year. Maybe it’s time to look into other hotels.

Would make sure amenities are working before booking

This has been our go to place & Hilton members. Recommend this place to all our friends/family. We pick this location every time and drove out of the way because it had a hot tub was so disappointed to find out it was broken. Was not told about it at check in or we would have went somewhere else if told that it was out of order. Went down to complain to front desk and explain our situation front desk was super rude and basically told us oh well you checked in and I’m not obligated to tell you it was out of order at check in. No incentives or anything. Definitely will be finding another hotel after being loyal customers and being treated like we did. Your loss we travel year around all the time.

I enjoyed everything about the stay except for the bad air filtration, AC issues, and motel smell.

The staff were friendly and very attentive from the check in to the housekeeping and everyone in between. The room was spacious and seemed pretty clean. The breakfast was amazing! It was great having a little kitchen area in the room, great asset.

The room was very stuffy and smelled like a motel. Every morning that I woke up I was congested due to the bad air system. Also, the AC did not work very well.

Issues with parking. Had to park 5 blocks away from the hotel and moved my car around 9:00pm when they opened back up. I paid for parking and was not informed this was going to happen. My AC was not cold enough, never went lower than 73F

Not worth the price couldn’t have stayed closer to the city for the price and the condition of the room

The staff was great the lobby was very nice and they let me pick the room floor which was nice.

Our room was top floor and room condition of the roof in the room was not the best. There was a big spot over the bed from a old roof leak. The door knob on the room door inside was hanging off and the bathroom was very small and less to be desired. Toilet paper holder was crooked half hanging off the wall and the knob in the bathroom for cold water was very hard to turn. The ice box top in the room was very dirty.
