Very sketchy area. My girlfriend and I were almost confronted by a random guy with a hoodie when it was dark and raining as we parked our car at the hotel. We had just got out of car and this man walked across the street with increased speed. We originally didn't take notice of it until he changed his course as we were headed to the back entrance of the hotel. Luckily my girlfriend quietly let me know he was coming subtly and we immediately veered towards the front entrance. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the man had just reached the back entrance and course corrected AGAIN towards us. We were speed walking at this point. Not once did he try to state his intent as he walked towards us, and the fact that he course corrected twice, in the rain while it was dark, was a bit unnerving.

Bed

I was double charged once by the 3rd party $154.18 booking.com then again directly at the hotel. They said it was for incidentals but never provided an invoice for the $133.20 $50 + $83.20. Staff not helpful in trying to resolve this issue

Room not available despite confirmation!

Clean

The room I booked wasn’t available. We were travelling as a family and needed the family room. This was confirmed. But when we showed up at the property, we did not have the sofa bed we were promised. Staff was not helpful and told me to call booking to solve the issue. Customer service kept me on the phone for a long time, only to tell me to call booking as well. I’m currently in the lobby trying to get a bed for my fifth family member! Help!

Simply awful!

Staff was rude, the key card did not work and it took four times back to the desk before it finally worked - after many tries on the fourth time. I was just told that’s the way it is. There were literally numerous holes in my sheets on the bed. It was my worst hotel experience ever!

King room was spacious and the breakfast offerings were adequate

Bathroom showing signs of wear; wall and baseboard corners near tub and door were water damaged and flaking off; hair dryer was broken with exposed wires but the front desk was very kind and apologetic when I brought it to their attention, so their service was great!

It had a lot of parking.

The staff and people coming to the hotel didn’t know how to park and I was discriminated against when I was checking out. I went to the restroom downstairs before going to the desk to check out the desk clerk came to the restroom and told me to get out just because he heard a black woman talking in the restroom.

Booked because it says pool and hot tub. The hot tub was empty and out of order. The pool was cold. The tv channels were basic only without any premium/hbo. The pull out sofa bed was extremely thin and uncomfortable.

Perfect work travel hotel

Just what I needed, close to the airport, fast food restaurants and very good Mexican food truck at nights, the pool and hot jacuzzi until 10:30pm, good breakfast. Nothing fancy but just what you need for work travel.
