Overall great stay - only were there for a few days

Location was great! Staff were friendly!

First room that we were supposed to be in smelt strongly like smoke. We went to the front desk and asked to switch rooms and the staff were nice and accommodating and were able to switch our room quickly

The room was very nice and comfy. Very clean and quiet

The elevators did not work. There was no sign and multiple people got stuck throughout our stay. We ended up using the stairs the whole time. The listing on booking is deceiving. No breakfast buffet. A paid cafe only. Only some rooms come with a balcony/patio. Also deceptive.

Very nice hotel

The room was excellent, recently remodeled, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We also appreciated the electric vehicle charging, as our rental car was an EV.

The fire alarm going off at 11:35 pm was not ideal. It was a false alarm. Probably nothing the hotel could have done to prevent it. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The jet tub and warm pool were incredible! Having two TVs was a game changer as well.

Hotel breakfasts are my second favorite thing to eat in the morning. Employees were incredibly warm and polite, housekeeping was superior, front desk was very helpful and gave us recommendations to help enjoy our anniversary even more. All in all, it was a wonderful experience! WE LOVED THAT JET TUB!!!

I wanted to try this hotel for the first time and they failed.

The beds were comfortable and pool area was well maintained.

I checked in at the front desk was assigned a room and given a room key ok normal procedure. As I'm getting settled into my room 45 mins later 2 guys walk right into my room using their key. Not acceptable! Basically the front desk booked the same room for 2 separate guests. Room was clean but the jetted tub was full of hair and dirty. Bathroom sink was clogged and would fill instantly so trying to brush your teeth was terrible

Not much actually! The Kitchenette was not functional…had no dishes,silverware, pots or pans as presented

Under renovations that were not disclosed in the booking… Restaurant is closed and like I said kitchenette room had nothing as presented. Sleep sofa couch had a broken arm and backrest so it wasn’t usable to sit on

Our bad accommodation in this hotel

I liked the neighborhood, and I liked the swimming pool in the hotel

1-I booked this place since Booking.com suggested this place as "breakfast included". Once we arrived, the reception informed us that you have to pay for the breakfast and it's not free! 2-The cleaning was terrible. I've informed cleaners and reception three times and they didn't clean our room for 3 days!! I informed on the second and third days after arriving to clean the room, however nobody cleaned our room! They didn't care! My wife and I were so frustrated and disappointed since we expect them to clean our room at least once or twice. They only gave us 2 very small shampoo and soap bars at the first day and we used them for 3 days! If I knew these matters, I NEVER BOOKED THIS PLACE since it was our honeymoon and we expect something better than what we experienced.

They advertise they have an EV charger, which I guess it’s true. Except it doesn’t work. The main reason for booking this place was for the EV Charger that they say they have, but come to find out it had never worked.

Very clean and updated. The pool was great and they had towels right at poolside. Our room was very nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
