Office staff was great, especially being short handed. We're always friendly and had a smile!

Not once, in a week, was our room cleaned. We had to empty our garbage and trade towels in. Just running a vacuum once and maybe a quick wipe down of the bathroom would've been nice. Also, I like a firm mattress, but that was a little much.

Dustin the night guy was fabulous. helped me with the heater, was super kind, and offered to leave the spa open until 11 when I asked about hours. :) Linda was friendly and personable upon check out

adjoining door in 204 would not lock so they immediately moved me to a new room with no adjoining door so that was extra nice. :)

Fair, TV was not good, the remote would not turn it on or off.

The hard floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. It would get your socks dirty walking on it! We had to clean it best we could with a towel. Heat was hard to get to come on.

It was a little higher price in Durango, as compared to other towns. Just needed a place to sleep.

I can't remember, except that there wasn't a lot of parking. We just stayed here overnight as part of a roadtrip where we stayed in a different town each night. I was disappointed that we had to carry our luggage to a second floor room up an outdoor staircase.

Having a 2nd floor room when we had a lot of luggage and had to lug it up the outside stairway.
