I got what I paid for.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was basic, but good. Easy to access.

It wasn’t the most clean. Beds were clean though. The bathroom looked like 500 people had brushed their teeth there with toothpaste spots all over the mirror and faucet. Corner in the rooms had build up of dirt/dust. Walls seriously need new paint.

Room was meh, dated, lacking finer quality. We could hear people walking above us. Parking lot was tight. Beds were bouncy and sounded like pushing in/out the side of a tin can while moving body. Cold water ran scalding hot when first turned on. Found remnants from previous guests on carpet. Breakfast was below average compared to other hotels.

I showed up and they didn’t have my reservation. Even though I gave them a confirmation number from Booking.com and I was also Charged by booking. I was at their mercy because needed a room For 2 nights. So I was forced to pay the going rate for quality inn instead of booking.com rate. Much higher. So both places charged me. Not too happy about it. Why would the quality Inn not Have record of my confirmation number that was on my email From booking.com!????

I DIDN’T STAY THERE MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO BAD…

The attendant was rude to the point that I didn’t even stay there and drove an extra 45 minutes down the road to Farmington even though had already been driving for 15 hours previous to this. I asked for a refund and was told that I had to call back and talk to the manager. I NEVER GOT MY REFUND THOUGH I DID NOT STAY THERE!!! I will say nothing but TERRIBLE things about this hotel and this experience!!!

Loved staying in Durango too the silverton train which was great

We are senior citizens and were unable to get first level room had to climb stairs. Staff helped us, but it was still very inconvenient. we need to figure out how to book it better I guess.

The location was OK, the personell was friendly, curteous and helpful.

Older facility with clean reception area. We had booked a 2 queen bed room for 3 nights but cut our stay short due to the following: The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The sheets were stained and obviously not clean. We asked to have them changed which was done quickly. The fabric chair in the room was outdated, heavily stained and should be thrown out. The toilet seat had been cleaned so much, the paint was worn down and the wood showed through. Not sanitary at all. Bathroom was otherwise clean.

Nice but not soundproof.

Clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine. There was even HBO on TV. I liked the location too.

I would have rated it higher, but guests arrived in the room above me just as I was trying to fall asleep. There is very poor soundproofing in the floors. It was very loud and noisy for about 30 minutes. Very frustrating. It was pricey, too, but comparable with similar hotels in the area.

Just an overnight stay before heading North.

I liked that it was close to food/restaurants and convenient to the road.

I didn't like that the room was so small for the money; the TV sound could not be adjusted from muffled to clear. I was nervous about the people who seemed to be roaming about at all hours of the night and early morning. Apparently a log of construction workers lodge here. Their "hot" breakfast was waffles, hot instant oatmeal a few other things and hot coffee so nothing really special here given the money we spent on the room. Then again, this is Quality Inn, supposedly economical, but not any more. I've had larger, more comfortable rooms with a better breakfast for the same amount of money.

The gentleman who checked me in on Friday 5/2 was absolutely delightful. He was informative and very friendly.

The surronding neighborhood was a little sketchy and found needles and drug paraphernalia near the smoking section.
