While dated the room was very clean & comfortable. Is Located on the north side of town & past a lot of the congestion which suited our needs. We don’t spend a lot of time in a room so don’t really see the need to pay $200-$400 a night in Durango. The price was right, the room was comfortable & location was right.
We’ll return next time we go to Durango.

The room rate could’ve been more reasonable. Room was clean and Wi-Fi was exceptional.
The only issue was the second night of the stay in which the neighboring Guest was very vocal, saying some very vulgar things and made me concerned for my safety.
The guest was screaming in their Room for at least two hours. I considered calling the front desk but had concerns the guest would identify me as the person Complaining so I let it go.
