Good clean hotel to stay a night before a flight

Clean comfortable, quiet, even though near the airport. Good walking and shopping all in easy reach. Lots of restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and smiled as we checked in. We only stayed one night, but it was a perfect way to get to the airport for our flight to Italy.

There were no wine shops in the area. Target had a average selection of wines.

The laundry facilities were broken. It made for a late night with soap dispensers empty. I kept needing to run to the desk.

Close to airport. The shuttle was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed in room 328 was horrible. The mattress cratered so we kept rolling to the center. The frame creaked like an old metal bunk bed. Get rid of the bed!! This colored my whole opinion of the place.

Don’t ask anything of the person at the front desk

Very nice close to the airport

I asked the person at the reception desk to make me a latte. He kept rubbing his hands on the rim of the cup. I asked him not to because I don’t use a lid and I actually drink off the rim of the cup. He got incredibly agitated, crushed the cop through it and told me he never wanted to talk to me again. His hands are touching things from other customers. It’s not a very hygienic way to serve people. And then reacting I’m not going to talk to you again is a little much for asking him to give me a cup that he didn’t touch the rim.

Spacious, convenient hotel to stay at before flying out of Portland.

I caught the 5 am hotel shuttle to the airport. The hotel desk clerk said that at this time, there would be a small package breakast like a muffin and fruit, but it was not offered to me.

Great customer service!

Due to a water leak we were unable to stay at this hotel. But the concierge had already booked us a stay at another nearby hotel free of charge, and even refunded our hotel charge and had their shuttle driver take us to the other hotel. So we received a free night's stay at the other hotel, which was very welcome after a long day of travel!

Obviously the water leak was unexpected, but the hotel handled it admirably.

I loved that it was within walking distance of so many stores and restaurants!

There was very limited sound proofing in the rooms. I was near the elevators and was woken up on multiple occasions by the sound of people talking, loud music in other rooms and the building practically shaking from the military planes.

The location was lovely - close to the airport but within walking distance of a dozen restaurants. My room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Airport shuttle left when they said it would. This is a great spot!

room walls where thin and not insulated- could hear people in the next room, airplanes flying over building kept me awake all night. Coffee in the room was not good. Ice machines are only not on the same floor.

Exhausting stay!!

I liked how close to the airport it was

I didn't care for the visible mold in the bathroom or that our breakfast wasn't included in the price. We also had a family above us who had what I am assuming a kid jumping off the bed almost to 11. I gave it an hour. But it kept waking my family up, who had to get up at 3am. So I called down and ask the staff to get them to stop, and I knew they must have talked to them because it sounded like they were all jumping for a few minutes!! Absolute trash of a family! Not the hotels fault, I know, but this experience does make it to where I don't want to go back there.

We'll be back!

Breakfast was exceptional, and we're really picky (and we travel to this sort of hotel often). Easily the best free hotel breakfast we've had.

Would like more pillows, couch wasn't awesomely comfortable (but not awful), would love to see a microwave and potentially a freezer section in the fridge. Last, it would be nice to have a simple bench somewhere outside as a smoking area.
