Airport hotel and more than met my needs. Shuttle prompt.

Good healthy choices for brreakfast. Much improvement from my last visit. Easy access to I5.. Honored my request for a ground floor room. Welcoming staff..

Would like to have had grab safety bars in the bathroom (bath tub).

The front desk staff made all the difference. The hotel was average, but she made it feel like a 5 star. She was helpful, informative, likeable. I would stay here again just because she made the whole experience wonderful.

The carpet was pretty worn out and should be replaced.

Adequate room with two very comfortable beds and a TV. Continental breakfast in the morning. Easy access to our upper floor room. Overall quiet at night (except for late arrival of noisy neighbors) with some minor traffic noise from nearby street.

Noisy, inconsiderate neighbors that arrived after 11 PM and didn't quiet down until nearly midnight!

We had an early morning flight, so we were extremely happy with a 4:30am shuttle, and the driver was also exceptionally helpful. Beds were very comfortable, so we were well rested when our 3:30 wake-up call came.

Close to airport and free shuttle

Found someone else’s long hair on my sheets when I pulled back the bedspread. The facility is showing its age, ac unit was cracked with a couple of broken off pieces, stains on the chair in the room

The room was large and bed was soft. Things where clean inside the room but everything eals was complete trash. Never will I stay again.

The deposit was 250 and they made me pay im cash even though I wanted to pay in credit card, and online super 8 and booking.com it says they do not take cash only card for deposit. Then I was in room 328 top end of hall by stairs. At the bottom of stairs is the exit and people smoke right their. The front desk dude said he was standing outside my door and couldn see and smell smoke ! Witch is utter bullshit! I dont smoke i vape and anit no vape gonna make it smoky or smell like anything besides blueberry/mango. So i told the dude to come up and he can check the whole room and all drawers. I dont smoke cigarettes or anything eals. He would not come in the room at all! Mind you i was up in Portland from roseburg for a funeral for my mother. And every day family came over the same 6 people every time never anyone new and never once did anyone say anyrhjng to me about guest and my guest every time walked right by the front desk. I also paid 60 to have a late check out at 1pm and they called at 10am saying I needed to leave by 11 and I had to much traffic and they dont allow visitors!!!! And thay they alerted the authoritys!!!! What the he'll. So I said you guys are stupid I was their for 4 days and the morning I check out you want to say something about guest. I was even at the desk multiple times and talked to the fat lady that worked days. I said well give me my 60 since I cant stay past 11am and I need my deposit back. They said no because of the smoking that I didnt do and that they cant return the 60 because they didnt charge me but they did its on my bank statement. So they took 310 from me. Weird thing is and I didnt look this up tell I already left but on the super 8 website, booking com and google it says you have to pay the deposit with credit card and they dont take any cash at all. Then I had a friend go back in and their is actually a small sign that says credit only!

Very comfortable room. Close to the airport. Main reason I stayed was to get a connecting flight early the next morning. There was a Free shuttle to the airport as well. Breakfast was included but I didn't have time. There was a fifteen walk to some food places.

People at reception were welcoming and helpful; there was a problem with the drain in my room and it was fixed immediately. They accommodated me by guarding my luggage while I was off property for a lunch;; the shuttle service and the drivers were quite good - adjusting for a late night arrival due to the plane problem.

Great safe location and used the a hotel shuttle to get to the Max public transport light rail. Thank you to all the Super 8 staff who were excellent

Clean, the shuttle service is very convenient. You just call the front desk when you land, and in the morning they leave every half hour.

For $80/night I expected a slightly better breakfast selection. Granola bars and yogurt seems inadequate.

Didn’t have breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Coffee was great as were the hot showers. Staff were helpful with suggestions and shuttle organising.

It was all good. It’s an old established accomodation. It was clean, had lovely imenities and the staff were more than helpful in answering questions.

The desk clerk was very helpful. She took our late arrived into consideration and gave us an extra hour to check out since we checked in due to our flight at 2:30 a.m. .

The room could have had better lighting

This stay was what we needed it to be for the most part. Staff were efficient and the rooms were clean. It’s close to the airport I think—we were driving through and just needed a stay on the edge of town without tangling with downtown Portland.

The hallway of the third floor was 86 degrees in mid-July! Luckily the AC in our room worked great. Breakfast starts verrrrry early, 5am so by the time we rolled up at the last hour it was offered there was very little variety left.

Didn't have to wait too long for the shuttle. Just a few minutes from the airport.

A junction box for an outlet had pulled out of the wall. "Breakfast" items were not suitable for diabetics or prediabetics - all were loaded with sugar: pancakes and syrup, granola bars, packets of presweetened oatmeal. I did suggest to the front desk on checkout that they include plain oatmeal or cheerios.

Ease of check in, promptness of shuttle and friendly staff. We used the onsite long term car park while away.

The facility looked nice. Paid for room in advance. From that point of arrival it was bad and disappointing..

I was only staying one night. Upon arrival and checking in. They wanted a $500 deposit. I didn't have enough funds for that. Which that amount was not lsted in your attached policy . They canceled my stay. and said contact booking.com. That is the worst customer service ever. I even said I could give 200.for deposit. They said no, leaving me in the cold..

The Staff are warm kind and helpful. They have long term parking and an Airport shuttle

Room wasn’t sound proof and in the landing path of the airport. Neighbors were in and out until very late, they really didn’t make much noise they were just opening and closing the door a lot .And like I said before the rooms are not sound proof I didn’t sleep much

Although the hotel was secure, and safe, the surrounding area had many homeless camps.

Proximity to the airport. Availability of a shuttle to and from the airport. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Ground floor rooms.

Lack of an elevator makes accessing rooms difficult. It also makes accessing icd, snacks and cold drinks difficult if not impossible for those who have mobility issues.Rooms need upgrades, particularly doors and furniture including consistent chairs (types, sizes, etc.) between rooms. All bathrooms should have safety/handicapped bars to provide additional safety to all peopl, and especially older individuals whether handicapped or not.

Uncomfortable bed, the desk chair looked like it had better days, the upholstery or pleather was coming off and scratched. The lack of cleanliness, the lack of service, no house keeping personnel available after checking, no plug for the tub, and the Wyndham brand as not represented
