A decent hotel with exceptional staff.

The staff is excellent at assisting me when.i need help. Their patience and kindness was outstanding. The location fit .h needs bus service close by. Food within walking distance.

The mirrored closet had to be rearranged so that no one could look through the window for privacy.

Sleepless nights, trying to survive the awful smell, loss my appetite for the food I brought.

The location was good. The water was hot.

The room had a relentless sewer moldy stench. The microwave and little table was missing. No clothes hangers. The room was crutty dirty, spilled droplets of water and wiped it up with a paper towel, the paper towel immediately turned muddy. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet bowl, so my bottom was touching the toilet bowl rim each time I used it. The towels were hairy, so glad I brought my own. The bathroom was crutty, a dirt ring was in the bath tub. The mattress is past its useful life, gave me body aches. Terrible 2 nights, I held my nose the entire stay. Old noisy plumbing.

Cheap motel but fully sufficient

The place was clean. Yes the things were worn and some things could be replaced/repaired but it is a cheap motel, so what do you expect. Overall it was just fine. Nothing special but does the job.

Only real complaint is the wi-fi could be better. It works but is pretty slow and sometimes not usable in the evening when more people are probably using it. Otherwise, the room does its job.

Because at 1137 am when I was about to checkin for the second booking, they told me I had 20 minutes to pack up and leave, when I done nothing wrong. A visitor I had had no id, 90 percent of the guest there are illegals as are the staff. None spoke english. She publicly humiliated me after I had spent over 300 staying there. First two nights I I didn't have a kitchen to cook in because it didn't work. Let's face it is for illegals to live in hidding.

They are a disgrace to motel 6

It was nice until night time then all kinds of things would keep you awake.

I was there two weeks. When I went to pay for the third week I was told I was going to have to pay for my dogs that I did tell them about upon checking in that are certified the woman basically discriminated against me saying emotion support dogs are not certified that it’s one or the other which in fact is wrong as she is not even supposed to ask the things she did! I have always stayed at motel 6 or studio 6 but this woman has changed my outlook on them. She is worried about two small dogs that do no harm then being worried about the people that’s around late night sitting outside peoples windows and just causing problems all around! They get a complete 0 from me I am more than disappointed and am pursuing a lawyer! I had to miss work to move rooms this day so I lost wages as well as being discriminated against.

Pet Friendly, Quiet, Comfortable Room that's was great for a short term stay.

Location was great, quiet, and had lots of trees. It's pet friendly, nice to see other people out walking their dogs too. Clean and comfortable after a long day of driving. They were willing to accommodate our 3 dogs, even with the 2 dog limit, which was helpful as after a day of traveling, we didn't have many options. I paid $10/pet per night, but we only stayed one night, so it was worth it.

I understand need for pet fee, but if staying more than one day, the daily pet fee could have got pricey quickly. The rooms are older, maintained well enough, but needing some TLC aesthetically in the bathroom/shower. But, nothing that impacted our stay negatively. Not their fault necessarily, but I didn't realize the Wi-Fi info was on the paper slip the room keys were in until I was leaving, so maybe having it posted, or proactively mentioning it at check-in would help. :)

Nice room and area. Staff didn't consider our need for a handicap or ground-floor room.

The room was clean, neat and very nice.

I reserved a handicapped room. I stated specifically during the reservation process I needed a ground floor. My wife has severe osteo- and rheumatoid arthritis of which she has been receiving medical treatment for over 33 years. On extremely good days, she walks short distances without a cane. She had to climb stairs to get to the second floor. This is unacceptable! I also suffer with severe arthritis in me back and am being treated in anticipation of hip replacement surgery. Upon check-in, I was informed no ground-floor rooms nor handicapped rooms were available. I could have the Saturday night room fee refunded if we did not wish to stay. The Friday night room was nonrefundable due to the reservation even though my request for handicap or ground-floor room was not provided .I had made. I provided appropriate information regarding the need for a ground-floor room. Also, I couldn't get a final room receipt as there was no staff available. This is unacceptable.
