Hampton Inn Austin NW near The Domain

Great overall experience. The powdered eggs for breakfast. Could use improvement.

The plainliness of the room and the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton inn, we booked a double room for our 3 day stay. It is a very convenient location for downtown Austin, there’s a great little mall right across the street. 20 min to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Our original room had a musty smell like if the previous customer had a pet. But when we told the front desk they changed our room right away and the new room was great.

This is a terrific hotel, we stay here often.

Second room I was given was nice, queit in comfortable overall. The staff is very good.

First room was loud. Noise from the street and tons of noise from other rooms, constant coming and going until late at night. It was a Friday but seemed unusually noisy. Then while laying in bed a cockroach comes crawling across the carpet. Before i could kill it it went under the sofa couch. I moved the couch a ton but was not able to find it and wasn't going to spend all night hunting for it. So I slept hoping on wouldnt wake up with it on me in the night. Luckily I didn't.
