I have to pay for clean towels and wash cloths, they don’t do housekeeping til every 7 days but I was there for 12 days and never got housekeeping.

You get what you pay for with this place. Long wait time to check in & super outdated rooms.

The set up was cool with the little living room area & bedroom area.

The hotel is very dated. It needs a major upgrade. Appliances are super outdated & rusting. Bathroom door had to be lifted a certain way to close. The room didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all. The sinks were dirty. And it took 30+ minutes of calling the front desk & waiting for a staff member to come the front to check us in.

Worse place I literally have ever stayed. Roaches, no wifi none of the doors worked with cards and to top it off they double charged me for the room. And when i confronted them about the bill they were not happy and called the cops on me and i was forced to leave

Very dirty facility and didn’t feel safe.

Affordable

Very dirty rooms, no pool as advertised, laundry facilities were not fully available for use, my keys were accidentally left at the front desk and subsequently stolen…then miraculously returned with no help or communication from front desk or management, toilet in bathroom began leaking urine from the base of the commode into the floor boards (I was never given any option to stay in another room or refunded for the evening I had to check out early).

Disappointing

We had a nice view of the courtyard.

There was no coffee. No coffee maker in the room or in the lobby. The pull out mattress was icky. I felt stuff crawling on me, but I didn't see any bugs. The carpet in the hallways was stinky and the room did not smell pleasant. The staff was very friendly.

Location was okay

AC barely worked, had to run it on high the entire stay because it didn't cool the room much. Day after staying the location tried charging me $300, claiming I smoked in the room. There was no smoking in the room at all, but the hallway & elevator both smelled like pot the entire time we were there. When I called to dispute the charge to management, was hung up on after she was extremely rude.

The property is false advertisement, the pool is sealed with concrete the rooms are disgusting .. the staff was on drugs people were roaming the lobby. It smelled horrible shower was not even running hot water they gave me a second room that smelled so bad the halls reside of cigarettes and it’s a non smoking hotel ? Oh not to mention I witnessed a drug deal from the front desk hosted with another individual.

when I checked in, I was made to wait over an hour and a half in the middle of the night because they were rebooting the system, even though they knew I was arriving. When I finally got into the room, there was a cockroach, but I was so tired because it was almost 4 am.

somewhat affordable.

I specifically asked for a smoke free room. I walked into my room to get situated and maybe rest for a little bit before leaving and taking care of some business. I was able to stay inside that room for 15 minutes before I rushed out because the smell of cigarette smoke was absolutely overtaking.

A very spacious, comfortable, and quiet place to stay.

I liked that the manager called my room after I checked in, to see if I liked the room. That was a nice personal touch. And the staff was very professional and attentive to requests. I prefer to cook my own meals, so I enjoyed having the kitchen. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. And everything worked great, I also had a view of the pool; which was nice. It was VERY peaceful and quiet there. Which was great for working. There was literally no noise. The price was unbeatable. And the location in north Austin kept me away from all the noise downtown; but was still close enough to travel there to see all the great live music. As a business traveler, I highly recommend staying here. When I am back in Austin, I will definitely stay there again.
