Great location

The staff was very friendly. The location was great with stores and restaurants within walking distance. There was a microwave and mini fridge. The area was very safe and maintained.

The pillows and bed were very hard and uncomfortable. There were several loose hairs in the restroom and even in the bed when I pulled the sheets back.

They let me check out 1/2 hour late, which I do appreciate. As I often check in very late because of work, an 11 AM checkout time with only a possibility to make it half hour later, does not work so great for me.

An okay place but had to change rooms twice so a big thumbs down for that

It's a budget motel so not much to say. The price is fine and the location is very good. I have to highlight the staff that went above and beyond to help us with issues (multiple) with our rooms (multiple).

At first, we received an accessible room instead of a regular one (despite booking a regular one) that wasn't cleaned up properly. After complaining, we were relocated to another room that was regular and clean. However, the heating wasn't working in the second room. So after a rather chilly night and another complaint, we were moved to a third room that was both clean and with a working heater. A big thumbs up to the staff that helped us solve all these issues. On the other hand, I wish this wouldn't have been necessary in the first place.

- The AC cooled the place down quickly. - Free parking available.

- The room was very old and quite dirty. - Mini fridge was leaking water. - The real nightmare was the STRONG smell of smoke that lingered in the room - really unpleasant. I’d avoid this place if I were you.

Highly recommended place to stay in LA.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Room is spacious and equipped with almost everything you need - microwave, fridge and flat iron. Parking space feels safe and secured. Good location that is near the tourists spots in LA but without the noise of the bustling city.

The staff was friendly and easily reachable during checkin and checkout. The bed was well-made, comfortable and clean.

Not major, but there were a few blemishes on carpet, doorknobs, or walls. The stopper in the sink could not be lifted, meaning draining the sink wasn't great. This was communicated to the staff and they were receptive to the feedback.

Michael and staff very nice. Will return soon. Was there many years ago, but 100 % better this time. Close to everything including freeways to return home to the Desert.
