Well satisfied, stayed one night then added a second.

Central, easy access. Room was efficient, bed was comfy.

Parking lot was tight.

It's good for a night or two stay, cheap and in a good spot to walk around.

Parking can be not much space and rooms are much smaller than I thought, and being next to a car wash is loud.

Just that the bathroom shower leaked a lot and the car wash guys next door are so loud

Highly recommend in Glendale.

I am now a regular at his motel after a couple visits due toas their level of service and professionalism. From the booking to the arrival, it's was a seamless process. The check-in was easy and fast, the front desk is always courteous . My rooms have always been neat and clean. The staff is flexible, attentive, friendly, specially the cleaning crew. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed here twice. First time was great. The room was clean even though it can benefit from an upgrade. The second time, the room was super dusty, it triggered my allergies. The corners had cobwebs, smears on the walls that could easily be cleaned. I will not stay here again.

Better staff that doesn’t profile people

I like how close it was for everything

The staff. It’s like they were profiling me as if I was going to throw a party. He tried to put my room right next to her the office and then when I told him I didn’t want their room he put me in a room where he could see me directly straight down. It was really weird. Then he had a really hard time of giving me fresh towels. He had to check to make sure that I didn’t take any towels. He was just assuming too much. I didn’t like that.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable, and it was great value for the price. They helped me make sure my window was secured for safety and were super kind everyday. The convenient walking location near restaurants and eateries was a big plus. I enjoyed my time here and would happily return

Relatively inexpensive for the area, with free parking. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Anyway, the room smelled strongly of urine. It completely ruined eating in the room, and couldn’t sleep well at night also. I requested a room change as soon as I checked in because of the smell, but for some reasons, unknown, it wasn’t accommodated. They sprayed deodorizer instead, but the effect didn’t last. The bathroom was not clean. I have short hair tho, found several long hairs and there was a bit of fecal matter in the toilet bowl,,,

Unfortunately the hotel itself was pretty dirty. From the smell to the carpet being dirty and old. Also my bed sheets had dark stains. The desk chair and room chair were disgusting. Both chairs had horrible stains and filthy. I also had a horrible experience while sleeping. I woke up to cockroaches crawling on me.

Room was clean. Front office did try to get ice marker going.

Ice maker was broke, staff said it's an ongoing issue. No coffee in rooms or the lobby. Have to check in through a window. Had to press employee hard to get a copy of receipt. Didn't want to provide. Put hold on CC when prepaid. Only 1 car parking. If you just need to rest your head, its ok for one night but I wouldn't stay any longer or again.

Location was great, definitely will stay here again. There's many locations on this street but this will be my go place for when ever I'm in the area. gentleman in front desk was very kind , helpful, and answered all my questions. Definitely superb customer service. . Place was clean, it was quiet, the area was safe and my car felt safe. For me that's the most important part, safety, I felt safe staying there and my car. Bed was comfortable, clean, no stains, room was clean. Bathroom was clean,i felt comfortable staying here , AC worked. For the price I paid I didn't expect much but luckily the place was great and the price was perfect. No issues for me.

First scam in my US visit.

So these geniuses found a way to con people. Whenever you search for them they have good prices. But then the manipulation starts when you reach payment page they charge you extra 150$ as reserve damage fee in case you damage anything in the property (which they tell you they'll give you back if everything is allright) and after you go there they change the invoice and distribute the 150$ on the days you stay and never give you back the 150$ and lie to your face that you've seen the price wrong and keep on lying and ending up stealing your money. I wrote a report to booking.com they also never investigated and never replied back. I guess this is the smart way to get on the top of the search as a cheap affordable place. I would advise everyone to be careful when you book this place and never pay them that 150$ otherwise you'll be paying extra without even knowing about it. We're living in the jungle folks.

Stay away

ROACHES!!! Scheduled to stay 3 nights. First night we layed down went straight to bed got up and left to universal studios stayed out all day and went back and back to bed. Woke up the next morning and there was a roach crawling out of one of the bed sheets that my kids were sleeping on. We immediately went and notified the property and he was more bugged I woke him up. He then told me to leave the key I requested a refund . For my last night how am I supposed to have my kids in a dirty environment. The rooms smell musty. The carpets feel dirty. Towels are stained. They didn’t try to fix the situation

Very good location with Ralphs just across the inn. Night manager was very helpful in bringing my luggages up the two flight of stairs. Very quiet place.

I would have given a 10 rating if there was free coffee and free bottled mineral water. No breakfast was served due to the pandemic (which is understandable).
