Good but the Free Breakfast was cut back to no meat on Monday mornings plus a few other things!

The Breakfast is just OK Now, as they have started limiting the offering and toppings. Mondays no hot eggs (only hard boiled) and no meat!!!. Tuesdays they brought out the hot cheese omelets and some red skinned sausage that looked very unappetizing (which I did not even try to eat, no telling how much red dye was in it to color the sausage meat inside the red skin)!!! They never offered bacon for the week I was there (Just undercooked sausage patties). They DID install a new coffee machine with good hot chocolate....

The floor covering in my ground floor bath room - bathroom floor covering (laminate) was not attached to the concrete floor. The desk clerk said they had a water leak that caused it... This is the second time I experienced this same situation. Later in the week I moved to the 2nd floor and that 2nd floor bathroom was good.

Overall, great stay in a spacious room in a quiet building.

Just one thing. The television set up is not good. Could not navigate the channels except very awkwardly. It's like the remotes don't match the service.

Great Blue Ash stay

We arrived late evening and front desk receptionist Ms Catiela was very kind and helpful she helped us with everything and there is 724 coffee machine and she even made sure that we had coffee and I care of every question that we had the place is really nice with blue colors beautifully arranged a very open bright. Roomy rooms are modernly designed there's a work desk the lighting is modern and the kitchen is separated from the room so you don't hear the refrigerators sound it was a quite nice we usually stay at downtown Cincinnati area but during the weekends we need more affordable places so this place is a deal. They offer full continental breakfast and it was fresh and they also have a water filter station which I don't see much in other places it's on Reed Hartman so location is very convenient.

Regretful to stay here vs another hotel that other teammates stayed at.

Large lobby. Good location. Beds are comfy

Rooms were not that clean, tons of stains, dirty toilet, trash left from last person, pee on toilet. Wanted to wearing my sandals in the room. Decor is dated and cheesy. If we had to use the pull out couch, i dont think i even want to know what the mattress and sheets look like had we brought our 3rd child. A little cleaning would go a long way.

It was close to the Sharonville convention center and was easy to get in and out of building and room. I liked the breakfast options

Main thing we didn’t like was that on two separate occasions a house keeper or someone unlocked our door and tried to come into the room without even knocking..freaked us out and made us feel unsafe but luckily we had the deadbolt on. The first time was at 2 in the morning! Why would someone come in at 2 am?And another at around 10/10:30 am. I made eye contact the second time with the person. This was our second time staying here and the first time was fine. Small issues were the outlet didn’t work In the bathroom so I had to use the hair dryer and my curling iron in the other room, i didn’t like how the curtains wouldn’t shut all the way and they were see through, and the smell in the living room smelled like a basement. Other than that the staff was nice and everything seemed clean

The hotel has an eccentric vibe to it with an open space in the center. It felt like you stepped by in time and were someplace like New Orleans with the indoor balcony. This open space featured various pieces of wall art for sale. The room was large and had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable. There was coffee available 24 hours.

The breakfast options were mostly typical overprocessed foods. The furniture and carpeting looked worn and stained in our room. Check your room door when you close it to make sure it locks. We discovered the following morning that our door didn't lock when we closed it. I assume this was an oversight but I have learned to always check my door at hotels.

Budget friendly & nice staff

The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was much larger than most king suites; it was clean, and we loved the carpet design. Nice to have a fridge with a freezer. The dining room juice/coffee machine was amazing and even added milk like I like. And the waffles were sweet! It was a quiet and peaceful stay!

The public computer had no wifi access! The door to my room sticks; the desk was chipped with a sharp piece sticking out; no exhaust fan in bathroom (just good that I brought the room spray!) There was no menu on remote or screen to select tv channels. Couldn't find my shows clicking each channel... just gave up and went to sleep. Only one very rickety torn uncomfortable chair. No lights in coffee bar area.

The room could have been cleaned better

I liked the location it was quiet and close to where we needed to go.

Found dirty wash clothes in the bathroom that weren't ours, mtirror was dirty and I had to try to get it clean enough so I could see through it to do make up. The floor has red drops on it like it was blood and on the wall by the kitchenette doesn't look like anyone attempted to clean it up. There was food dropped on the chairs and never wiped up and it was liquid like pudding or mash potatoes. We stayed here last fall and it was so nice and clean so very disappointed it was like this.

I would pick another hotel next time. $189 + taxes for 1 night is clearly taking advantage of a consumer in a Saturday night.
