Perfect location for a weekend getaway and alone time.

The location was great. Room was clean and very well maintained.

While sitting on the couch to eat and watch tv, we noticed a distant weed smell in the couch. There were roofers working during the day so we couldn’t escape the noise from that to relax. The bed was a little uncomfortable and sunken it. I wish there was communication on that.

I was there about 5 years ago the room was in great shape. This time it getting run down. Shower and hot tub were not clean and kept up.

Room I booked on booking.com did not get. They tried to put us in one without the view and when told them was move to a room two queen sizes beds but I booked a king was told they were not able to provide that room someone else had it

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was squeaky clean. The floors were very clean. The bed was clean and super comfortable. The breakfast was good. My favorite place to stay when going to sevierville.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful stay

Check in was a breeze, the facilities are immaculately maintained, the staff were all so very nice. The room was so clean and spacious, our view of the river was beautiful and we were in a quiet part.of town but close enough to see all the sites. The pool and hot tub was exactly what we needed after a long drive and walking around all day and is open 24 hours. Continental breakfast was enough to sustain us all day until dinner, they make sure coffee is fresh in the lobby 24/7. 1000% recommend this hotel.

Staff excellent! Good location and amenities. Will think twice before using booking.com again.

The pool and lazy river was nice. There was plenty of food available for breakfast and the hostess kept everything stocked. 24/7 coffee and cider was also nice touch.

We reserved a king suite through booking.com and found out upon arrival there were no king rooms available and that booking.com should not have accepted our reservation for a king. We were provided a double queen. We also reserved a mountain view which we did not get due to above. Booking.com missed the mark on this reservation.
