Was not clean at all the room was nasty. Bugs dead on the floor. Nothing had been wiped down. Shampoo had been used already and had hair on it.

ADA not compliant when it came to snow on the walk and ramp to my car with my mobility scooter. The room was nasty mold carpet patches, trash left under the bed, behind the TV. Broken window. Cold nasty breakfast. This facility was literally the worst I've ever been in. And we were forced to stay again since they did nothing to their sidewalk or ramp nor their parking lot. We asked about snow removal for side walk or parking lot told maybe the next day. My fiance finally asked for a shovel for snow they gave him a garden shovel and then asked for salt they just stood and watched no help. I spent 3 nights in this hell 2 nights more than I should have.

It was good for what I needed.

My room location was great and the beds were comfy.

My room had a few issues, like I found a pube or two in the bathtub when I arrived, the shelf near the bathroom was coming out the wall etc. Breakfast was good, but for some reason when I made waffles, they tasted almost sour like the batter was bad.

Disappointing and not recommended to stay here.

Our shower was not working and we had travelled 9+ hours the day we arrived and had another 5 hours of travelling when we left and could not shower. We were told when we checked out that the manager would call us to discuss the situation but no one called me. I would not stay here again and not recommend it to anyone travelling.

Nice hotel in a very beautiful area of the city.

It was disappointing that the pool was closed for both days. However, they had a chemical problem I guess so they couldn’t help it.

Falsely advertised and trash everywhere.

Good location, close to a nice pond that had a walkway around it.

$130 (which you had to pay $180 upon check-in and get refunded the $50 I thought that was excessive, I stay in hotels 15 times a year and this was a first) when several hotels nearby are slightly cheaper or the same price. We ALWAYS want a pool. This was advertised with a pool. We didn't know until after checking in that the pool was closed. I spoke to the front desk upon checkout and asked for a discount for the inconvenience. He stated he couldn't do anything but he would have his manager give me a call the next day (Monday). I got no call. I checked my bank account and there were 5 charges and refunds on my account from the hotel, so I called again. He said don't worry it would fall off. By Wednesday it did, but that was a lot of funds just held up by this! I mentioned the pool, got the same story, someone would call me. Never got a call about the pool. We would not have stayed here if I knew there wasn't a pool!!! Now regardless of all of this, the trash everywhere was terrible. The parking lot, the stairwells. Beside the pool there was a small seating area where my kids wanted to sit, but a couple of men were out there smoking weed and drinking. So we took them to the side lot to play. Will not be back.

Our room was full of mold and food and trash under the bed.. They did move us rooms to the 3rd floor which seemed to be nicer except the air conditioner quit working… The pool was not open it was green and full of algae

Not much

Comforter had blood on it. Bath tub was clogged so wife unable to shower. Heater didn't seem to work. Food was old and stale even the jelly packets were dried up and nasty. Man taking care of the eating area keep scratching his foot and half picking his nose

Good value and comfortable/clean. Appears to be family-run.

It was clean. Breakfast was decent. Room appeared to be freshly painted and bed was comfortable. Was everything we needed for the stay.

Pillows were very small. TV channels for local channels had to be inputted, and not just scrolled through like the rest of the channels. Grounds needed sprucing up, as well as downstairs lobby/elevator area. Maid service came by and knocked on door, but did not give enough time to get to door before they were opening door while I was naked—not cool!

Great location, but less than stellar experience.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot.

Took a $50 deposit because they were worried about smoking cigarettes in the hotel, but the musty smell was far worse than any smoke smell could have been. Smelled musty, stains on bedding, sleeper couch cushions, and walls. Coffee was lukewarm at best, and breakfast hash browns shattered when you tried to eat them, they were so crispy. Towels were damp/were not completely dry, but were set out for customer use. Walked into the hotel after dinner to find the worker on the couch in the lobby getting a foot massage.

Reasonable with friendly attentive non English speaking attendent

Receptionist talked in another language while he checked me in. Not very costumer friendly. Loud arguing room cleaners speaking in language other than English. Charged $50 deposit at checked in that was not debited back to my credit card but added to my bill. Two days bed not made but did pick up used towels and left clean ones.
