Staff was soooo nice

Our room never got cool . We even switched rooms and it was a little better but still not comfortable coming in from 93 degree weather. Also the room was sooooo tiny we were just not comfortable there at all.

Great for just needing a night to rest, but for the price and reputation of the hotel it was kind of disappointing

For the money and type of hotel, the body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty, and beds were kind of outdated and uncomfortable. But amazing staff and location and the hotel itself had everything you could need.

Bed sheets had stain and dirty on one bed . Less than a half of a roll of toilet paper. No kleenex in the box in the bathroom. Very disappointing for the 350.00 I paid for 2 nights

No EV chargers

The room was fairly spacious, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

There is no EV charging here, even though it is stated there is. There are 110V plugs along the building, which only gives trickle charge, have to bring your own cable, and you have to pray for no rain, or somebody not tripping over your cables. The bed mattress was very soft.

dirty room, staff shortage so had to move rooms. housekeeping walked in on my wife undressing and then didn’t get much of an apology
