Basic breakfast that most hotels offer nothing special

When you turn down the heat and it’s still extremely hot in the room. The remedy for the problem was to place a memo in your room that said don’t open the windows. The idea of staying for the night one would assume they would want to sleep . Up half the night because of the heat

Mikayla at the front desk went above and beyond for us and all of her guest. She was amazing. Be good to her before I steal her to come and work for me. :-)

Bad, and over priced for the faulty fire alarm and annoying staff.

It was a hotel.

Rude check in staff at late night. Our fire alarm would randomly turn on. I went to ask the guy at the front desk how to get it to stop and he said “it doesn’t do that unless you’re smoking in there.” I told him me and my two friends don’t smoke. He was no help.

The breakfast offering was quite tasteless. Poor quality eggs and sausages offered were of exceptionally low quality.

The staff could have cleaned the room at least once in the four days and three nights we stayed there. No soap or other shower amenities. Had to get fresh towels from the front desk.

Comfortable rooms, pleasant employees and great location(very best shopping and restaurants/bars).

The breakfast and lack of housekeeping attentiveness. The breakfast is a great gesture, but the hot food all taste like it came straight from a frozen package, to a microwave and served, nothing tasted/looked fresh from a stove. Also during our 4 night stay, on our way out (on day 3), we came across housekeeping and asked for them to clean our room. Unfortunately when we returned, the room hadn't been cleaned and we had to go to the front desk to retrieve clean towels and toilet paper.

I loved the casino slots a little extra curricular activity. The rooms exceeded my expectations there was a blow dryer, iron and ironing board, fridge abs microwave. I have not had any of those amenities in a long time abs I stayed in different motels/hotels. I will definitely be going back more often. And breakfast awesome

Meh. Not worth what they charge.

Front desk staff was cool, and I was able to get in a lot earlier than check in which I really needed due to my pets.

The pool could have been open. Or at least a heads up that it didn't work.. our floor smelled like stale cigarettes. Said they had a bar, was actually a locked fridge with beer in it. Totally not worth what they charge nightly.

My partner and I left after less than an hour. The building was disgusting, room was disgusting, the parking lot was dark and the elevators had gang signs scratched into the walls. Will not return.

I requested to solve the internet issues in my room 2 times each time they gave me number to call but the problem not solved. I stay in the hotel 8 nights I used my roaming data to finish my work. I also complained about the AC not cooling at all they didn’t bother to even check the issue and simply said it’s meant for heating not cooling !!

The price was great. The hotel was near everywhere I needed to be. The beds were very comfortable.

Didn't like that people were allowed to smoke Marijuana in the hotel. You could smell it everywhere. Don't know how housekeeping and staff didn't notice it. It's not good when you have children with you.

The check in process was stressful. The line was very long and it took a long time for each person to check in. While I was standing in line, there were 3 different groups of people whose rooms were cancelled and they were left with no where to stay.
