The service is good. Room is very clean. Everything you need are there to use.

I did not eat Breakfast. I did not see much there to eat. I wish there are compliment water for the customers. We have to walk always down to the first floor to get two bottles of water, and It's cost $2.10 each. It's matter of convenient. The coffee machine should leave outside on the living room instead of the restroom...

Fantastic stay

Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Sara was a beautiful friendly face every morning greeting us for breakfast. Rooms were spacious and main beds were very comfortable. They gave us discount vouchers to eat at local restaurants. Hotel is very close to NASA space Centre.

The pull-out bed was not very comfortable, but the kids slept on it as a couch.

Coffee maker in bathroom next to toilet was unsanitary. Mold and mildew in shower under the fold down seat. Pillows were very uncomfortable with no support at all and very small like a throw pillow. Cleaning staff was very loud in hallway way too early. Neighboring rooms were very loud. Landscaping was very poor.

Short getaway

It was close to the boardwalk and they gave a list of restaurants that gave discounts if we show our hotel card. The rooms were clean and staff were so friendly both night and morning.

Family owned and run hotel. Very personal service. Great location. Walk to restaurants and easy drive to NASA with free parking at the hotel and NASA.

Very happy with our stay!

My husband stayed at this property for a week prior to my arrival and he spoke highly of this location and the people working there. I arrived for the last two days and couldn’t agree more. It’s always nice to be greeted by people who show they’re happy and so kind. I requested an extra pillow and a fan and was given them with no issues. Breakfast was great!

A Wonderful Family Experience!

Any time I stay in Seabrook I try to stay at this facility. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, they try to make everyone feel like family. Also, they are community people, they try to help others within Seabrook by giving out information about local businesses to travelers. The rooms while on the older side are kept clean, updated with amenities, and the beds are comfortable. If there is something you do not like, the staff will fix it, or try their best to make you happy. Breakfast is AMAZING! The swimming pool is maintained perfectly, I have never felt like "I don't want to get in there".

I personally do not find things to complain about when I stay here, the hotel is older but maintained well. Things that people might find to complain about are carpets, older bathrooms and air conditioners. However, all things are maintained well and there are not odors. The bathrooms do not have broken caulk or gross looking tubs, it is a nice facility. If I had to complain I would say it is a little pricey, but its Seabrook :)

Booked for the high rating and that was a mistake.

The staff was great, friendly, helpful. The pool was clean, pretty, and a good size. The bed was clean and slept well. Check in and check out process was a breeze.

The hotel smelled bad. The hotel room smelled bad. The ceiling had horrible water damage and look like it was going to fall in. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom was very worn out. The pillows on the bed were god awful and had me waking up a dozen times throughout the night with neck pain. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The door to the hotel room would shake and rattle every time a door was closed on our floor.

The location was perfectly very convenient and there was access to everything in the areas I'll was able to get too. The staff were wonderful, and you felt like you weren't in a hotel. The breakfast (Full buffet)Great and entertaining with (David Owner of the Hotel)making the waffles 🧇 and making sure everyone was accommodate especially on a rainy Saturday morning outside.David full of life and entertainment made the morning rain outside felt not even know noticed. Thanks for a great weekend. Also, Marco's 🍕 Pizzas in the area and the Kemah Boardwalk.

Fantastic!!

Location was good, easy to get too. Short distance by car from Kemah Broadwalk and also beaches. Breakfast was excellent, everything to cater for all needs and preferences. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel and property was super clean and well maintained. Pool and other amenities were great, also well maintained and very clean. We would highly recommend and will be staying there again. Well worth it.

Great Service Overall, for an affordable price!!!

I loved the friendly, warm, and accommodating front desk staff. The room was clean other than a few hairs we found. I love that it is located in the heart of the city and not far from attractions. No noise, no bad smells, Full breakfast and peaceful!

I did not like that the housekeeping personnel were not very friendly nor courteous. Also, there were some items, like boiled eggs, that were not available for breakfast.
