The hotel was all good.

At this hotel, the front desk service was the worst experience I have ever had. The employee told me that my reservation was not there and that I had to resolve it myself, even though I was showing him my confirmation email. As a hotel representative, it should have been his responsibility to assist me and find a solution. Instead, he was rude, unhelpful, and showed no empathy. I was also traveling with my two 2-year-old daughters, which made the situation even more stressful. This is not the level of service I expected.

The worst experience ever!!!

They never had clean towels. Upon check in I didn’t have enough towels. I would go to the desk they never had towels. I had to go purchase towels just to make sure I was able to be clean. Some of the staff need training in customer service, because their customer skills is definitely lacking. I want to feel welcome when I go to a hotel, because I’m paying good money to stay there. The only nice receptionist was the lady on day shift. I would give this hotel a rating of 0/10. Don’t recommend this hotel, stay at your own risk.

Worse place I ever went to. I can't believe we were treated this way.

Thinking about it, I didn't like a single thing about it. So did my wife.

The air condition stopped in the middle of the night. Had to open the door to get some air from the hall. Complained to some girl. She said there will no one to fix it. Could not get another room until 5:00. They were all dirty. Went to another hotel. I will never go to Holiday Inn EVER again. If I was running that place I would tell that girl at the front to put down that I pad and go clean a room for me and my wife.

Huge rooms & smells great!

I've stayed at many places in Seabrook and this is by far my favorite for the price. It was so clean, smelled good, room was HUGE, air conditioner worked amazingly, staff was very friendly, breakfast is awesome with omelets, pancakes and more. I actually love that the back of the hotel is wooded area. It makes it seem more private and we were able to sleep with our window shade open to see outside at night. This will be my go to hotel from now on. I also loved the comforters on the bed. So comfy. I didn't get any photos because I had my stuff unpacked everywhere before I thought about it. But it looks just like the photos.

We were comfortable here, rates were reasonable, and we were so close to our favorite cafe.

Breakfast offered boxes of chocolate milk, which tasted wonderful. We wanted to eat at Seabrook Cafe, extremely close and with excellent food and pies. Our room was large and comfortable, and reasonably priced.

Everything was fine. We didn't have any problems checking in or staying here, but other people did; maybe that's just life.

Not a happy visit!!

I liked the location of hotel from where we went to visit Kemah

We got a handicap room and the bed was too tall , we asked for more toilet paper, Pillows and wash rags,we were told shortage on pillows and I had to go down and get a roll of toilet paper. Blinds were broke in room wouldn’t go up,breakfast was almost gone at 8:00 am and they were taking a lot of time refilling wouldn’t of minded but told staff 3 different times and no one cared and for what we paid for one night it made whole stay not a good one! Thank you

Boardwalk Break

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and easy to find.

The breakfast has been much better at other Holiday Inn Expresses my fiancee and I have visited. No one replenished food in a timely manner, and the only coffee available was decaf. 😔 Also, our TV was not getting a good signal, so it was hard to enjoy a program on any channel. That was after getting a remote from the front desk.

Good place to stay - has everything you need as a traveler

Wanted lodging near the NASA space center. Worked well, we stored our luggage, took the early morning tour, and picked up our luggage and continued on our travels. Nice place - met all of our traveling needs.
