Clean and nice

Actually I like all about it and I am very picky ….. great experience

It was clean and friendly staff

I seen one roach but Taht is to be expected when you have a lot of different people traveling

Price friendly staff beds where decent have to say they are better then the Hampton inn across the street just need get rid of the people living there be a good place to stay they bring in dope that smell in motel which makes bad environment for the motel

No elevator and no air on I’m main building extremely hot and upstairs reap of marijuana breakfast wasn’t all that great

The staff were very welcoming and super tidy. The environment was peaceful including with the other guests who were just as friendly as the staffs.

There were no laundry machines like written.

Breakfast was off the hook. I didn't think it was going to be anything, but maybe fruit for me to eat! I'm a Celiac, type 2 Dietetic! Finding healthy gluten free food outside of home is virtually impossible! Anyways, I've also Never had someone to fix my eggs i.e. an omelet, sunnyside up, poached or sandwich egg! With the price of eggs these days just seeing the warmer filled w/scrambled eggs was a wonderful surprise, not to mention REAL BACON, and breakfast sausage patties! They also had cereals yogurt, make your own waffles, blueberry muffins, bagels, apples, oranges, coffee, milk, oj, cranberry juice, and even an ALL DAY SPOUTED JUG OF WATER W/LEMON, which I'm sure they thought that I was a fish out of water!!! They have a cold water pool, and a gym! I thought they had a laundry room but I was wrong since I had a 5 day stay I needed to wash the kids clothes, but no problem a reasonably priced laundromat was out the lot take a left pass the light to your right!!! Like literally just blocks away! Speaking of which a Wal-Mart was take a right out of the lot to the highway then a right onto the highway and off the highway bam there it is! I had everything right there in and around my except the big city, but I didn't mind that because it was only 15 minutes away and I didn't have to constantly smell ETHANOL all day! The golf of Mexico is pretty much behind the hotel! Down the street, to your left out of the lot you have the SPACE CENTER after you pass the docks where you can find ppl of all ages fishing and that within itself was fun for me and the 2 teenage grands!!! Everyone at this hotel talked with me like we've met before even the ones that had poor English was nice oh and the refrigerator in our room I've never seen before! I meant to take a picture of the inside! It was nicely different and spacious, but beware of ANYTHING YOU PUT ALONG THE BACK OF IT WILL FREEZE!

THE ELEVATOR!!! I am handicapped so the stairs weren't an option for me eventhough when I was in a hurry to get downstairs, I took them because the elevator always feels stuck on 2 especially going up! It feels like it's going to fall and my sister lost her legs from an elevator that fell while she was on it! The elevator is also very hot! No air on it so you definitely don't want to get stuck on it if you're an asthmatic, which I am, but it never actually got stuck!

Cleanluness and comfort of the room

Discrimination and predjudice attitude from the owner and staff members. While away from my room at the hospital, the owner abd staff searched through my room and belongings. Once i returned from ER, i extended my stay at the property. While eating breakfast and after paying to extend my stay, the owner approached me and saud he had ti decline my reservation because there was a big confrence coming into town so he could not accomodate my reservation. I later attempted to cancel my resrvation through booking.com but once the booking representstive contacted the property the owner refused to refundmy reservation totaling 241.95.

I have been to this hotel before a few years back.However, this stay was absolutely amazing from the breakfast to the cleanliness of the room.Everything was great.I really enjoyed my stay and so did.My daughter 😀

claims they have free wifi but the Internet did not work, pool was freezing, need better breakfast
