The room was clean, great location, nice bar.
The pillows and bed were a little to soft for our liking.

Great location near restaurants and waterfront park, very walkable. Staff was kind and helpful in getting acclimated to the property and onto the WiFi. Having a sink in the room was very useful.
We were in the older part of the hotel that only has 2 bathrooms per floor, so had to wait on other people in some of the evenings/mornings.

It was a beautiful hotel in a great location with exceptional staff, Paulette!! Personal attention making our stay memorablle!! Will stay there the next time we are in Seward!! I think we have made a friend for life!! Even the weather was wonderful

Nice property
Rooms nice, but we asked for and was approved for an early check-in with a confirmation email. Slowed it to the girl at check-in and she told us NO. Our room was not ready. At 1:00, not ready, at3:00 not ready, exactly 4:00 it was ready. Come to find out our room was bottom floor folkiest room they clean in the am . I asked the cleaning person, he said he cleaned it first, she just lied!! If u want ppl to treat u right stay somewhere else , we will
