About this bed and breakfast
Little Bear Den is a quaint guesthouse in the forested hills of Seward. Sleep options include King bed in separate nook + Queen sofa bed. Little Bear Den is 100% off grid but with modern amenities. Full kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven and stove. Outdoor space with darts, corn hole, fire pit, swings, hammock and outdoor dining table.

Guests have there own private space and can explore the grounds; please bring bear spray. And the main house is private.
We are happy to host, give local recommendations and help when needed. Eggs available for purchase for 50 cents a piece.
The neighborhood is lovely and full of wonderful families and other vacation rentals; please drive slowly and carefully for there are often children playing in the streets. Our property is tucked away up the hill away from other houses and is our dream property with incredible views, tons of wild berries, gorgeous wildlife, and tranquil forest; we’re excited to share our space with you.
You’ll need a car to get here! When you are first heading here remember to keep going up the hill (there is a great view at the top ;) and please drive slowly! We are located 2 minutes from fishing beaches. 7 minutes to Safeway and 10 minutes to the Sea Life Center.
We are mindful of our water usage (it’s all rain water) and ask that you do the same (no long showers please 🚿🙏🏻). Electric is solar powered; please refrain from using high wattage items; hair dryers, curling irons, etc.
- Please remove shoes before entering.
- Do not leave food outside.
- DRIVE SLOW (7mph or less) on DRIVEWAY.

Beautiful off grid property with all the amenities. The hosts are the nicest people and very attentive but not obtrusive. Would highly recommend if you are planning a visit to Seward.
