Location was great very good access to downtown area restaurants & water front areas.
Apartment stayed warm even as we opened windows , no heaters were in use, an my wife don’t use fans but we had one available.

Refrigerator. Freezer part was fully iced up. The
Refrigerator part not very cold and set on max.
Bathroom sink hot water knob broken put useable.
The shower leaked badly at the connection and the adjustment knob too sensitive.
