Great spacious rooms - Enjoyed our 3 night stay at the hotel and had good sleep with window blinds makes it completely dark that was missing on other stays

Really great location with Mountain View. Really close to exit glacier and seward downtown. The property is new so all appliances are new as well

The facility itself appears to be recently built and was very clean. It is also highly cost-effective, offering a great location close to both Exit Glacier and downtown Seward.
However, the management and operations were deeply disappointing. Even though it is a self-check-in property, I received no instructions in advance, forcing me to wait outside for over 30 minutes until I luckily ran into a staff member. After finally getting into the room, basic amenities like shampoo were missing, so I had to ask for them. To make matters worse, housekeeping was completely skipped on our second day. When I asked for compensation or a proper solution, they just handed me towels and ignored my request.
Lastly, I really dislike their policy of threatening a $50 fine if guests don't do the dishes. Despite the good location and price, I have absolutely no intention of staying here again.
