Location, clean and newer facility. Appreciate breakfast availability
Front staff was unable to check us in even a few minutes early. But understand they were apparently busy.

Good options - there are cheese omelette and veggie omelette, sausage and bacons, waffles and pancakes, coffee strong, juice not so good though.
No gym. But the onsite laundry room is quite amazing, many machines. Only wish there was an onsite gym available.

Liked the fact that we only had to stay one night. Location and shuttle were very convenient to cruise dock.
Air conditioner was extremely loud and we had to change rooms late in the night. The second room was only slightly quieter. No apologies or explanations. This is a basic hotel, but one of the better ones in Seward. With a captive audience of cruisers, the price is steep for what you get. Desk staff didn't crack a smile, but did laugh when asked if they could call a taxi.
