    Hotel is in a good location, about halfway between the old downtown and the harbour area. Easy enough to walk to both. Hotel is nothing fancy, but does the job. Seems like every hotel is a bit pricy in Seward, so this place was decent value relatively speaking.

    No AC. The flushing sound of room above you disturbs you enough to wake up at night.

    This is half mile walk to the harbor and half mile to old Downtown. Mary at the front desk was an very friendly and helpful.
