We loved the location as it was very clise to walk along tbe water to the Marina. We loved the ease of communication and conversations with tbe hosts. We loved the freshly prepared deiicious variety of local hot breakfast foods and especially the delicious spruce pine tips jelly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of Seaward. Our bedroom was a quiet oasis where we enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

EVERYTHING!!!!!! A true gem! Marsha and Mike are top notch hosts along with Bushy, the pup! It was an exceptional experience!

The breakfast was exceptional and boosted my overall score of our stay. Mike and Marsha are excellent hosts -- friendly, knowledgeable, and good conversationalists. Their extensive knowledge about the Kenai Peninsula helped us take full advantage of our week in the area. The location was ideal for our purposes.
Our bedroom and bathroom were a little cramped, but they were laid out well and met our needs.

Like visiting friends in Alaska! The stay is in their home- but room has own bathroom. Breakfasts outstanding! Lots of pointers on what to see
