Just ok, don’t expect anything great.

Beds clean and convenient in comparison to other local motels.

TVs dated with barely any channels, no microwave or refrigerator,rude customer service, and sketchy guests that stay up walking around all night.

The Booking .com ad festured they offered a free breakfast which the staff shared they did not have at this hotel. The room was very nice but slso did not include a microwave and hair dryer for guests.

Smokey but Comfy

The sink was very nice, and I liked the pillows and cover. The vending machine wasn't working, but there was an ice machine, which is convenient. The soap and shampoo were also nice, aromatic with green tea

Entering the room, it smelled like smoke. If not from within the room, then from people smoking heavily outside the room. The bathtub was damaged and the drain stopper didn't work, so there was no bathing in the bathtub. The tub also had a convex drain grate, so no plugs could be used either

Location and price

$20 policy to check in 1.5h early. WTF? Doesn’t seem safe (there is a sign inside the door saying “when inside lock yourself in using deadbolt”). There is timer/motion sensor on the main light in the room, so every morning I woke up the light is on, including at night. Super annoying!

I thought I had booked a hotel with a pool, found out I didn't. I was disappointed in that. I didn't really feel like it was a safe neighborhood, didn't feel like a vacation hotel, more like a hotel that people live in. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. If there was breakfast, i didn't see it. We checked out at 9 am and I didn't see a breakfast in the lobby. One of our rooms had a mini fridge but the door wouldn't stay shut, our other room did not.

Cleanliness: tooth paste from last person on sink/faucet. Trim/base board peeling off wall, several repair patches in ceiling, elongated toilet seat and not secured to toilet, extremely small bathroom, sticky floors. Gross throughout. Upon arrival I was told to leave me come back IN SEVEN MINUTES because we arrived at 2:53pm after a 4 hour drive. Bad first impression.

In town for just a night.

I liked how close it was to restaurants and shops but far enough away that traffic wasn't terrible.

That there was no breakfast, even tho when I booked the room it was stated that it was. It's really close to I-71 so if you stay in an even numbered room, it gets pretty loud. And the bed was really hard, which did a number on my back but overall it was good for what we paid.

Misleading listing, no room service, and no toilet paper — I do not recommend.

The location was ok but sketchy , and check-in was easy.

Housekeeping never came once during my entire stay. I had to wipe with baby wipes because there was only one roll of toilet paper, and the front desk said they had been out of supplies for a week. No clean towels, no trash removal, and the sheets were dirty from the start. They only clean rooms after guests leave, not during your stay. The listing also claimed breakfast was included, but nothing was offered. I submitted a complaint to Booking.com with photo proof. This was completely unprofessional and unsanitary.

The rooms looked not good at all. Mom smookjfn rooms work lots of cigar and cigarettes. I don’t even wanna know what other stains on the bed were. They told me I would receive my money back and I have yet to see that happen.
