Clean facility that is conveniently located by airport with no air traffic noise.

Perfect location to the airport. Room, linens and bath towels were clean and stocked with shampoo/conditioner and soap. Front desk staff was very understanding and accommodating when we returned to the hotel for a nap after a canceled flight.

Be aware there is a pool which brings wet, loud kids in the elevators and hallways.

Next to the airport, I love watching planes takeoff. It was clean. And the price was cheap

The pool, which is what we came for, was cold. Also, the room was bare, no chairs or extra lamps, not even pictures on the wall. Very cold feeling. No food places near by

Not the best, wasn’t the worst!

A beautiful lobby with large rooms. Great customer service even with being short staffed, and good breakfast. Pool was also nice to have access to. Pricing beat most hotels we looked at for this type of room.

The beds wasn’t the best at all. The sofa couch was terrible to sleep on, while the other two beds was better they also wasn’t great, whole place needed cleaned better - random stains throughout, random stuff throughout the hotel, and behind couch in our room had trash left from previous people.

Location to the airport is the only thing I liked. Otherwise it wasn’t all that clean or nice. Usually Country Inn & Suites are very nice. Not this one! Very disappointed.

Great stay

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially with free shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfast was great! Room was clean and quiet (with being close to the airport).

They could use a little maintenence. Walls in elevator, rooms and hallways are pretty beat up from use. Wasn't bad butt could use some paint.

Location, layout of room

Door would stick, there was a funny smell in the living room section, carpet had stains. Breakfast area was clean but not very good with limited selection. Elevator was scary, it never broke but it would hesitate between floors and doors wouldn't open.

The mattress was very worn out and had a noticeable sag in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on — it kept pulling both of us toward the center. Also, the airport shuttles stop running at midnight, which can be inconvenient if your flight arrives late.

Manager was so nice and helpful. All the staff was really nice! Loved our adjoining rooms, made our stay even more fun since we were on a trip with kids and grandkids! Kids loved the pool and fitness room!

On Booking.com says they have a hot tub. Was really looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub. The heated pool actually means the room is heated. The water was not heated. The temperature is setup for someone swimming laps but the pool 🏊‍♀️ was clean.

The room was not the size I expected was supposed to have a couch in another room besides just the beds, the breakfast was fantastic and was kept up nicely with hot food

CVG adjacent

Our second time staying here. Perfect location if you have an early morning flight. We use FastPark when we fly out of CVG and it’s right across the street. Large, clean room and the staff is friendly.

It’s worth noting that there are no eateries at this exit. Not the hotel’s fault but good to know

Every time I called the hotel, someone answered the telephone. I had many questions prior to arriving and all my questions were answered.

I can't think of anything, the food was good, coffee was available 24/7.

The wasn’t comfortable. We had some flies in the bathroom. We have to call them to spray the bathroom while we were there. My mom slept on the floor because the sleeping sofa hurts her body.
