The evening before we had turned in our rental car and the shuttle driver picked us up-he was very helpful-we had a room

The proximity to the airport and the fact that at least it is being renovated. The shuttle driver was prompt and very helpful/friendly

The property has dark carpeting in the hallway and in some rooms-I know this b/c on this visit we were put in a room on the 2nd floor that had carpet and old furniture in it & the heating unit did not work-however the receptionist quickly changed our room but the elevator had a couple of buttons that did not work

Perfect airport stay at CVG

At this price point, the room is an excellent value. Clean, comfy, great staff, great hot breakfast choices, 10 minutes from CVG airport with free shuttle. If you want a nice dinner - walk to the hotel next door where they have a lovely restaurant/lounge.

Really - these people work hard to make this a good stay. No complaints.

The glue from the floor tiles was seeping out and the floor was sticky. Got up in the middle of the night and there was a cockroach on the desk. Seats in the shuttle look like something you find in a mini van for a very large family with toddlers… definitely needs a good cleaning.

Hotel is old first room that we were set up in had mold and smelled musty. We were able to change rooms in the second one wasn’t as bad. The floors were kind of gross.

I loved the closeness to the airport, the value and the shuttle to airport

The room was had what appeared to be bloody handprints on the bathroom wall. The facility looks old and has a very musty smell, creepy lighting in hallways. I didn’t feel safe staying there but it was only for a few hours before our flight

The clerk at the desk was very nice when we checked in, as was the clerk when we checked out. The facility was clean. The facility was easy to get to.

The facility has obviously seen better days. It had recently been refurbished, but all the updates were cheaply done - amateur work and cheap materials. The floor had some sort of odd peel and stick tiles that were not flush to the sub flooring and kind of buckled up. Even for the age and location, the price was probably about $10 higher for the room than it should have been, given the conditions.

Gave us a key to an occupied room, then didn’t seem to care when we went back to the front desk. We actually walked into a room with someone lying on the bed watching tv. The toilet seat and bathroom floor was dirty and discussing. Had one of those creepy crawley bugs with 1000 legs on the wall which we had to kill. Were several exposed wires without plates covering them. The TV kept going offline with “no signal”

Scammers

I paid for two rooms on Booking.com our Adult Daughter was arriving separately. She was billed for our room and paid on her charge card. When I arrived I showed the Front Desk Clerk the paid amounts. She advised that it will take 24 hours to process credit back to my Daughter. We flew out early morning the next day. We received a notice that my Daughter was reserved for the next evening no credit received. We were no longer in the area having flown out early. I contacted Quality Inn and still no credit received. Crooked establishment, don’t give them and credit card information. They shouldn’t even be listed in Booking.com

OK for a one-night stay

It was less expensive than options in downtown Cincinnati. The bed was comfortable. There was some initial noise from people down the hall, but it quieted down fairly quickly and the hall was quiet through the night.

Facilities need a little bit of attention - some places are a little worn. When I got off the elevator on my floor, there was a funky/bad smell in the hall. The entry to the room used a keypad with a code; I had a difficult time getting in and had to enter the code repeatedly - maybe five or six times.

Breakfast was ok, and location was good.

There was water standing in bathroom floor. Tiny bugs in corners of room (dead I think)- so room wasn’t cleaned well. A floor board was sticking up in middle of the room (which is a tripping hazard) And Toliet was the shortest Toliet I’ve ever used and I’m old and tall. (A squatty potty) also the tv had horrible display (dark picture with fuzzy lines)

Convenient to CVG, and free shuttle service

About 5 minutes from CVG Airport via convenient, reliable complimentary shuttle. Clean & comfortable rooms show some age & wear, but the management does a good job of updating and maintaining the facilities. Breakfast offers plenty of choices, including actual hot meals.

Close to airport. If you have a very early flight their shuttle doesn’t start until 4:00am and it was full by the time I checked in.

Sweltering hot that day and air wasn’t on when I got to my room. It worked well enough but it was still hot when I went to sleep. Finally cooled down 6 hours later

The room was clean, staff was friendly, check in was easy

The breakfast options were severely lacking. I have never had a hotel breakfast with so few options, especially no meat or fruit. The hotel itself was really nice, so I was surprised to see this. We also opted not to use one of the extra pillows in the room because it was visibly dirty.
