Very convenient and free shuttle to airport. Hotel was very good

We were in the room for less than 5 minutes before I killed a cockroach. We left the hotel and went to the holiday inn next door.

Perhaps the desk clerk on duty who was also the shuttle driver could have left a sign to inform incoming guests that he would return shortly

The personal was so kind very help full about the room, was so stinky smell bad and the bathroom have cockroaches special de 104 so is uncomfortable sleep in room with plagues and bad smell.

The room was amazing and the air conditioner worked good. The only thing i didnt like was the key pad for the doors

I stayed here for 1 night because my flight out of CVG was cancelled and I had just returned my rental car. This location is nice because it’s 10 mins from the airport and offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. Hotel seems a bit dated with older furniture. Otherwise just ok

There was no local TV access, no coffee in the room, nobody at the front desk at 4:50am. Flooring in room just deplorable. Never, never stay here again!!!

The rooms looked so outdated with very aged furniture and the bedsheets had tears in them and the restroom was not the cleanest

I was happy that an airport shuttle was avaliable. For this trip my son insisted on driving me everywhere. I will have to use the shuttle next time, as I will definitely stay here again. The bed was quite comfortable and it was nice to have a TV with channels that I needed i.e. FS1 for the Toronto Blue Jays playoff game.

The hotel was just fine and close to the airport which is why we chose to stay here. Our flight got in after 1am and they do provide a shuttle but it doesn't run after midnight so we had to call Uber. Plus they charged us $6 a day for parking. The room is clean and enough hot water. The bed was very comfortable. Our hallway did smell like curry though. As far as breakfast goes, it's your standard hotel breakfast. Nothing special. The eggs were shaped like a patty just like the sausage. There was no bacon or pancakes. They did have toast and oatmeal and yogurt. Again nothing special they provided but I would stay here again since the room and bed was comfortable plus they are 2 miles from the airport.

Found a giant bed bug in my room. The hotel itself was outdated and needed a lot of repairs. I will not be staying here ever again.

The room was geeat. Comfortable and super convenient. The only issues I had were being rushed to check out and no breakfast being available. Breakfast was from 6-10am. I arrived before 9:30am and there was nothing avaliable. No cereal, muffin, nothing. I doulble checked the checkout time BEFORE returning to my room. Checkout was at 11am. A little after 10, I heard my door unlock. A lady (housekeeping) peeked inside and asked me if I checked out and I replied no. She then asked me if I was going to checkout and I replied yes. She then left. Moments later, I received a call from the front desk asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I replied no. She then informed me that the housekeeper told her that I wanted to extend my stay. I explained that I did not need to extend my stay. As we left the room to get on the elevator another employee asked if we were checking out. I explained that I was headed down to check out. Upon checking out, I explained my concerns and the young lady at the front desk was very nice and stated that she would be speaking with her manager. I explained that I felt extremely rushed to the point that my sister left her cell phone in the room. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

Clean room however there was no ice bucket plastic/bag type liner. When i went to clean the ice bucket its came apart and was full of mold.

The hotel is okay, it could use an upgrade but if you need a place for the night on budget this is a go to. My son was a little mad with the pool there was a sign on the pool as well as it being locked but come to find out it was open but we found out on the last day. So not sure if it was actually open but front desk said it was.

Definitely not as new as the pictures but room was clean and it was quiet

The air conditioner STUNK, as soon as you turned it on it smelled soured & moldy, even if ran for a while so we used the ceiling fan. There was dust, dirt, paper, etc around & behind nightstand (specifically) and in bathroom, something orange had been spilled and was sticky on the front of the kitchen cabinets, and one of the queen beds made awful squeaking & screeching with even just the slightest movement. Was not a good experience, best part though was the shower had great pressure & hot temp!

Floors were dirty and sticky, bleach on dresser got on clothes, window was OPEN when we walked in and they didn't lock, the bathroom door would not close

We got in late and had to fly out early. This is very convenient to the airport and has a shuttle. Clean and customer service was great. Free breakfast before flying out was an added bonus. I would recommend.
