Motel 6 Las Vegas, NV – I-15 Stadium

The location was good because it is walking distance from allegiant but rooms were not very clean blankets had hairs and killed 5 roaches NO ice machine available NO microwave available No fridge No iron No blow dryer basically just the bed if nothing else is available this for an emergency stay only

To the Management Team, I am writing to formally bring a distressing incident to your attention. I stay at this Motel 6 location regularly and have always valued the service here, but my experience on 05/3/2026 at approximately 4am was a major disappointment. I had an interaction with a staff member Desiree that was unprofessional and immature. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, which made my night miserable. Specifically, when she said that I need to be grateful that she even got me a room, and I explain that I recently had a miscarriage and please let me check in I had 2 nights with no sleep and she said well we don't care about your personal situation the system kicked me out so I can't do anything about it she spoke to me in an aggressive tone when I asked for assistance" As a regular guest, I have a high regard for this business, but this encounter was far below the standard of professional service I expect. I am sharing this because I want to continue staying here, but I need to know that the staff will remain professional. Great location. facility is kinda crummy but if you are attending an event at Allegiant Stadium, you can walk. We just walked to the Morgan Wallen concert, it was great, no taxi, no uber. no hassle. Just book early :)

The staff were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, our experience with the hotel facilities was disappointing. We had to change rooms three times after checking in due to various issues. The light bulbs were burned out, the toilet was broken, and there were several maintenance problems. Even in the room we eventually stayed in, the shower drain was clogged, and I had to remove the hair from the drain myself. The ice machine and water machine were also out of service. Overall, I was very disappointed with the condition and maintenance of the hotel's facilities.
