Rooms were great, beds were fantastic and the location was great for families.
It was difficult to get to events on the strip.

Room was very comfortable to include the bed and space. Location to what we were doing this trip was great. Meals that we had there were average. Casino was fun.

Nice clean and not as smoky as other hotels nearby. The facility had spacious restaurants and good pool.
What I didn’t like is that it wasn’t easy to talk to a staff Member and the lines were long for check-in. Everything had to be done through your mobile phone or email. We had a few questions about our parking and it took us a while to get through to a person on the phone to actually answer our questions , so there needs to be more staff accessible to the customers.

Room was available earlier than expected
Everything is so overpriced, ice machine on our floor wasn’t working and since we can’t go to other floors we just didn’t have ice or were able to use the minibar for personal belongings. Nowhere to seat at the pools, overcrowded, none of the employees gave an extra mile. Very disappointed.
