Mandalay Bay

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The view was also nice. The resort is clean and the elevators were easy to use

We didn't get housekeeping after the first night. We stayed in 11310 and 11312. I tried calling the front desk and housekeeping office, but I was never able to get through. I had to jump in line at the front desk to speak to someone about it. After waiting 25 minutes in line, I was told by the front desk they would send someone to clean it. That person never showed up. A different person at the front desk told me they only clean the rooms every 3 nights, and it's been that way since covid. After the second night, I had to track someone down from housekeeping to ask them to please clean our room or at least take out the garbage for us. She was on the same floor cleaning rooms, and she said she would relay the message which she did. We stayed for 3 nights and got housekeeping on one day, but I had to work for it. The resort was fun, clean and comfortable but this left a bad taste in our mouth. The help at the from desk wasn't very friendly. I didn't get the impression that they cared that our room didn't get cleaned.

Clean and a variety of restaurants

We chose it for the pool and it didn’t disappoint. Great pool day. We also chose for ease of the Michael Jackson show

Despite pre paying, parking was horrendous. There was an event on which caused the issue but as a hotel guest pre paying I expected an area of the garage to be for reserved guests
