Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, complimentary laundry, good location to the strip, staff were wonderful.

Odd smell in room (I think coming from garbage disposal).

Facilities

The hotel offers exceptional facilities that truly stand out and enhance the overall stay experience. The property itself is well-maintained, modern, and comfortable, making it a great choice in terms of amenities. However, the service from the staff was disappointing. The check-in process was slow and inefficient, taking nearly 20 minutes to complete, which created a frustrating first impression. Additionally, there was some confusion regarding the breakfast offering. While the booking mentioned that breakfast was included, in reality only coffee was available 24/7. Unfortunately, even this was not accessible at the time of arrival, as the drink vending machine was unavailable. Overall, while the hotel excels in its facilities, there is significant room for improvement in service quality and clarity of offerings.

This was one of the lowest cost hotels in Las Vegas near the strip and airport, so I didn't expect much. We were pleasantly surprised that the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms w/ kitchenette are adequate, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but quiet and convenient to the Mandolay Bay end of the strip. There's a Denny's a block away.

The report was generally OK.

The property could have been cleaner. The cleaners were rude and unprofessional.
