There were many fine food and drink offerings within the hotel. The gambling was available, and varied. Blackjack minimums of $15 evenings and $10 days were a welcome way to extend the fun without going broke. We had a good time and in spite of what I say below we might go back.

Very few usable electric outlets in the room. As always in Vegas, no in room coffee. The room was cold even with the AC supposedly turned off. This is now an older hotel and the age is beginning to show a bit here and there. This is an MGM property so they charge for parking and add a "resort fee". They said they had EV charging, and they did, two destination chargers, 1 tesla and one J1772 charger for a parking garage with thousands of spaces. They have attempted to automate the entire check-in check-out process. For me at least the online check-in process was a complete disaster. After hours of screwing around with them, ID.me support and even on hold to eventually contact the front desk I was told I would have to check in with registration on arrival.

We believe we were upgraded from our original room to a better room, which was fantastic.

The self check-in process could be smoother. Also, we had no luck with the slot machines. 😀

Lots of food options. Clean room.

Felt like I was being gauged. Had to pay for everything and things are expensive. Nothing complimentary. No water. No coffee except 5 to $7 a cup. No place to just sit and relax. No lobby. Had to pay for luggage storage. Saw people sitting on the floor to plug in their phone. They charge your credit card for resort fees and then charge them again after your stay. They don’t tell you it’s a hold on your credit card u less you ask. Room service is always expensive. I get that. But the only option for room service coffee is a $20 pot.
