Check in was easy! I liked that the hotel was very much off the strip and close to shops and restaurants and fast-food! The staff and housekeeping were very nice. Stayed 3 nights and miss it very much!
I just didn’t like that there was no fridge inside the hotel room. The restroom shower didn’t have a door so that was kind of weird.

It was right in the middle of everything and not far from Omnia, which was what I was mostly there for. Every staff member was nice and helpful.
No complaints but probably just the bed comfortability wasn’t the best

The location is excellent 👌
Housekeeping staff were rude. Asked for foam pillows never received it so had to use feather pillows which messed up the room. The room was not cleaned properly before check in so there was visible dust and other hairs (not mine) In the room. The shower has no enclosure so the bath water drains from the shower straight into the bedroom. And lets not forget the colony of red ants in the room. Harrahs is aged and run down, needs urgent refurbishment.
