Harrah's Las Vegas, A Caesars Destination

The view from my room was amazing. The music in the lounge was wonderful. The music outside was wonderful. The location was great.

The bathroom really could’ve been cleaner. The pet fees are ridiculous and you don’t even have any place for pets to go to the bathroom. it would be nice to have some non-smoking sections. The whole hotel smells like a cigarette.

The pillow had goose down feathers with the quills sticking out dabbing me. The television kept malfunctioning.

We stayed in connecting rooms for 2 nights, focused around seeing the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere. Location was perfect to be able to walk there through the Venetian, or a super quick uber. The rooms were basic but comfortable, just the sinks were totally clogged. There were a couple of options for food and snacks open late night, which was helpful. The staff were all very nice. For the price we paid mid-week, it was still a really good value and can recommend it for anyone who needs a decent place to crash and doesn’t plan to spend too much time at the hotel.

Housekeeping staff were rude. Asked for foam pillows never received it so had to use feather pillows which messed up the room. The room was not cleaned properly before check in so there was visible dust and other hairs (not mine) In the room. The shower has no enclosure so the bath water drains from the shower straight into the bedroom. And lets not forget the colony of red ants in the room. Harrahs is aged and run down, needs urgent refurbishment.
