    Great location right on the Strip — super convenient for getting around to all the attractions. There's a food court right by the hotel entrance, and the fried chicken there is seriously good! Public transportation is easy to access too. One tip: don't mix it up with the other MGM nearby — we accidentally walked into the wrong one on the way back, haha.

    I had high expectations for my stay at Park MGM, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. On the first night, I was assigned a room that had not been properly cleaned, so I had to request a room change immediately. The second room turned out to be a connecting room, and the guests next door were extremely loud until late at night, making it difficult to rest. I requested another room change, but that same night, in the early morning, a stranger attempted to open my room door, apparently thinking it was vacant. Although the door was locked, the incident was frightening and left me unable to sleep. What disappointed me the most was not just these repeated issues, but how the hotel handled them. Despite multiple significant mistakes during a single stay, I received no sincere apology, and the staff who assisted me seemed inexperienced and unable to handle the situation professionally. At check-out, the hotel did offer a discount on the resort fee, which I appreciated, but it did not make up for the overall experience. Mistakes can happen at any hotel, but the way they are handled is what matters. Unfortunately, I found Park MGM's response lacking in both professionalism and customer care. Because I frequently travel for business to Las Vegas, I don't plan to stay at this hotel again.
