I appreciated the vip room. It gave us a place to sit while they checked our party into the rooms we booked. Took them 90 minutes. Long story, big mix up lots of hard feelings. Ugh
When we checked into our room I found a purse with thousands of dollars in it. The room had been double booked. I called the front desk to have someone come and retrieve the purse. No one answered the phone. A housekeeper came to aid me in getting the purse to its owner. While she was helping me the owner of the purse showed up. She was also checked into the room. It was a bit of a mix up. She and her party graciously agreed to get a different room.
